Tania provided a great description and instructions for everything at the chalet. It was sub zero temps but the chalet was warm and cozy the entire stay. Beautiful views and great layout to the house itself. We definitely plan on visiting again.

We loved our stay at The Promenade! It's a great blend of old and new. Easy to get to, we drove up from Massachusetts and stayed with friends from Montreal. The location is excellent and Mansonville has it all in a well kept, compact few blocks. We are thankful that the stairs and walkways were shoveled in the morning before we loaded the cars to ride Jay Peak. Returning to the cozy Promenade after a day of powdered glades, the outdoor spa was so very welcome. Those who didn't ski all day lounged comfortably or helped prepare a wonderful meal gathered from the local supermarket. The showers are wonderfully hot, and the beds are dreamy. Julien and Mélanie are the most gracious hosts and it was a pleasure to share their home for the weekend!

Loved the tiny cottage and being so close to jay peak! The atmosphere was welcoming and very cute. Would have liked to know the size of the cottage prior to booking. Room/tiny home was a little snug and the bathroom walls did not fully go up to the ceiling so there was no privacy. Overall, loved the area & hot tub. Will def need to try out the other tiny homes here!

Great stay in a fully equipped cottage. Evenings around the fire are much appreciated. And a little more from the arrival, a very fresh sangria to start the stay well. We will come to the chalet

we had a nice stay, the house is well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the SPA.

Danielle was a great host and very responsive. The pictures were accurate and everything was as described. Perfect house for a Stowe ski trip and close to downtown and the mountain. Hot tub was a great addition and kitchen and upstairs were perfect to relax after long day on the mountain. The house is on a dirt road and four wheel drive is a must if there is snow or ice.

We had an amazing stay! Would definitely return. The town is small but beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the Knowlton Pub a few minutes away for drinks. The location is close to national parks and skiing (within a 30 minute drive) and is only an hour and 15 minute drive from Montréal. It snowed a lot during our trip and the town had frequent plowing that would even clear the driveway for us. Additionally, we noticed one day that our front steps had been discreetly shoveled which was a nice surprise. The hot tub was wonderful in the cold and snowy weather. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple plates and pots/pans. There was initially some concern that the washer would not be available during our stay, but the hosts sent someone to fix it immediately and left two bottles of wine for us for our understanding. TV looked newer than what’s in the photos. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

Sandra’s place was as described with beautiful surroundings. It was located on Lac Brôme a little ways away from the closest town, but very easy to find. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. We had some difficulty with our car rental the first evening we were supposed to be there and Sandra offered to leave lights on and have the place warm for us. Unfortunately we weren’t able to arrive until the next day, but I appreciate Sandra’s responsiveness to our situation. Just one bit of information if you do rent - the beds upstairs are infinitely more comfortable than the one on the main floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Whimsy Cottage! It was less than 15 minutes to Jay Peak so it was really convenient for our skiing vacation. The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. Sarita was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay.

It was a great choice for my family. We are all happy and will come back here to stay.

What a wonderful stay we had at Burke Mountain! Our son was racing there so we made a family weekend of it. Terrilyn was super communicative and provided clear instructions from booking through checkout. The cottage was exactly as described and perfect for my husband, myself and our three children and our dog. The place was very well maintained and clean for a rental that allows pets, complete with cleaning pads for pups paws and towels for drying after being outside. It was so nice to not have a TV and instead sit by the fire, listening to music while our boys really enjoyed playing with the legos there as part of the games/entertainment. We loved being so close to the mountain. It was the perfect weekend stay for our introduction to Burke—we will be back!

We had a great stay at Helen's house while visiting Stowe, the house was perfect for our group of 6. The house was very clean and Helen was very responsive with any questions or needs that we had. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Ashley and Eric’s place is an absolute gem! The cottage is spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly nestled in a peaceful, wooded area. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, including a fantastic kitchen and thoughtful touches for families and pets. The private trails and surrounding nature make it a perfect getaway... we spent time cross country skiing in those woods since it was snowing too hard to drive anywhere. Ashley is a responsive and welcoming host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay and Eric did a great job plowing the driveway as needed so that we were able to leave when we needed to. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect place for a quick skiing getaway at Burke. The house was very cozy and comfortable and the dogs loved having the fenced in yard. Check-in was smooth so I never needed to reach out to Chris for anything but I appreciated the proactively reach out with both check in and check out instructions. I'd definitely stay here again!

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

Had a great stay with my husband and dog. While there is no cell service, the WiFi was extremely strong. We both were able to work remotely and stream TV apps without any issues or lagging. House was bright, Modern and clean. The house is extremely private and felt totally secluded. Large windows along the back of the house allowed us to watch the snow fall over the creek all day long. Peaceful getaway for sure! We’ll be back :)

The location was beautiful, and the house thoughtfully put together. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well provisioned. There are long stairs from the car to cottage, which could be difficult for some visitors, especially in the winter. It was a very restful, relaxing rental.

Karen’s cabin was a dream getaway for us! From check-in til we (sadly) drove away, we kept wanting to make sure we spent time around the cabin, pond and around the beautiful property to soak it after hiking, visiting restaurants, and driving into town. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed four our stay. The heat worked great, especially on the colder nights. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Everything was accessible and we even enjoyed the decorative elements too! The property was beautiful and we had a lot of fun walking around on the little well maintained paths, having a little fire by the pond, and just enjoying the quiet. Karen gave us restaurant and hike recommendations, made sure our check in went smoothly (since we got in late in the evening), and even reached out to give us a heads up about ticks in the area. She was super responsive, and we would love to come back and visit on what would now be our engagement anniversary!

My partner, myself and our 2 dogs spent Christmas-New Years here and it was the perfect winter escape. Elizabeth & Jake were amazing and went above & beyond. They were helpful throughout our stay and I can't say enough about them. We got in later than planned because of the weather, but walking into a warm, cozy space with the piano playing, lights on, and cheese, crackers, and wine waiting was the perfect welcome. The heated floors were amazing – our dogs were living their best lives! I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the 'wet bathroom' w the interior window but it was actually really lovely and still had adequate privacy. There was a bidet and even a heated toilet seat. The temperpedic mattress was lovely. We had no issues with the internet, despite the remote location. Jake even brought us wood for the fire pit after we used up the first round. We love star gazing and had some nice clear skies for a few nights. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Carol was an amazing host. Very flexible, friendly, responsive and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had an enjoyable weekend. The place was wonderful. I’d suggest shopping ahead of time so you can stick the fridge as she has stocked the kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare your own food.

Ariane is truly the best host we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. She is warm, responsive, caring and giving and always ensures we have everything we need to enjoy our family holiday. There’s a reason we keep coming back, year after year, and that is because Ariane always makes us feel that her family’s home is our family’s home for the magical time we get to spend there.

The house is spacious and cozy with beautiful sunrises visible in the morning from the sitting room. We used the fireplace in the sitting room which added to the cozy feel. The kitchen is well stocked with all the requisites which is key as there aren’t many places nearby to eat out. There is a drip coffee machine as well as an espresso maker - you’ll need to plan on bringing Caffitaly compatible pods with you as nearby grocery options are limited. Communication with Anna was quick and efficient. The driveway was well plowed soon after any snow we had. Most of the roads in this area are unfinished and reasonably well plowed but would strongly recommend AWD/4WD and/or snow tires.
