Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The host was excellent, very responsive, friendly, and generous with flexible check in and check out. The space was as described and as pictured with a nicely updated bathroom. The bedrooms had firm vs. softer mattresses so if you are not using both rooms you can have your preference. The space was thoughtfully decorated with some holiday cheer as well as nice every day decoration and practical conveniences like extra hooks for hanging coats. The location was excellent being close to the town green and beach. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were well stocked with utensils, toiletries, and linens. Being dog friendly was a huge plus. I would recommend and stay again.

Great stay, Delores! Location is amazing. Love the walk to Walnut Beach thru the State Park and the coffee at Walnut Beach Coffee shop is the bomb. We will be back!

A quick weekend girls trip. We enjoyed the outside space, porch, corn hole and view. Beds and couch were comfy. Would stay again!

Great little place to bounce back and forth from the beach!

Monica's place seems brand new on the inside. It's small but the thought design and cute decorations makes it feel big and homey. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The place is only a short walk from the beach and a short drive to lots of stores and shops. We liked the quiet neighborhood, too. We had a small issue during our stay (battery in a high up smoke detector) and Monica and Luis were quick to respond and fix it. They definitely went above and beyond. We also left a couple things behind and they let us know, asking if we wanted it shipped to us. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning customers!

We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

Lovely place great location near short beach and an easy walk to a great Italian restaurant

great place. located in a nice private community. the lake was beautiful and probably the best part. in the summer I can imagine people spending hours out there drinking coffee. The place had an old school charm and was well equipped

We had a large group of teens and three adults The space was perfect Adults stayed on top level and away from the kids on the second so we all had space to wind down from a long day in the city Train was 6 min away and can get almost anywhere The place is cute and left us two stocked coffee bars It was cozy and enjoyed by all

We had a wonderful stay! Great hosts, comfortable and beautiful home! Easy walk to the ocean! Kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, etc. we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner! Truly they thought of everything, from games to an extra set of binoculars. We had a great time!
