An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This is a very charming place! We originally wanted one of Shannon's other properties, but waited too long and it booked. Shannon then suggested her other locations and we picked this, so nice! In warmer months, would be a fairly easy walk to downtown where they're was plenty to do. The upstairs of the duplex was good for 4 of us girls and managed with the one, beautiful bathroom. Shannon was very responsive when messaging and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting overlooking the river. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit watching the turkey, deer, chimpmunks, and various birds. The home was close to town, but yet in the country. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything you needed to enjoy yourself.

Jennifer was a great host! We were able to work with her to extend our stay an extra day. She was very quick to respond and easy to work with! The house is also very nice, clean, and modern. Perfect for a long weekend and is stocked with almost anything you could forget. Definitely one of our best airbnb experiences!

My family and I had the most incredible experience. The place was spotless and perfect for our big family with 5 children under 6. Plenty of space. Adorable rooftop. Didn't even have time to enjoy the jacuzzi but they were more than happy to help us out with that. They even had cute little toys/legos our children enjoyed as well. Both kitchens were fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Everything was so so so immaculate and clean, which truly matters when you have a bunch of children rolling around and crawling on floors. We also could not love this house more! Loni was super responsive to any questions I had. We had the best long weekend!

We stayed at the Maple Haus with four adults and one toddler and had a great stay. The house was well-equipped for our toddler, and Jamie was very kind about offering extra help--such as providing a pack n play and high chair--to make our stay with our child comfortable. The house is walkable to downtown and had plenty of space for our family.

Great spot for a long weekend. We used this as our base for XC skiing and running. It’s close to Hanson Hills! The hot tub was a nice way to relax after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked so we made most of our meals (and had to get a burger at Spike’s Keg o Nails). The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as great as the first! Communication with the host was fantastic—quick responses and clear instructions throughout our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location exceeded our expectations again; it's super convenient, with stores and great local dining options just minutes away. We couldn't ask for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

This condo was more than perfect for our weekend in Traverse City. We travel to this area every year for the Iceman and it was one of the best experiences we have had due to the convenience this condo offered. We plan to be back next year. Thank you!

Brand new condo in a great location. Host was responsive to questions. Check in/out was simple and quick. Amenities were great. Spacious living areas, attached garage, small yard, front porch, and back patio made this place very comfortable. Neighborhood setting was great for walking our dog. Thanks for a great stay…we’ll be back in a few weeks!

We had a great family winter time! A lot of space, kids enjoyed the xbox room and bunker room! The Lake view is amazing. Host was great providing all information and support when needed. House was well equiped and clean. On summer should be even better! Definetly a great space to stay!

It was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, and quiet. The beach was very close, and it was a great location for my event. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was right down the street from downtown Midland so I was able to take my dog down to the Tridge regularly which was very nice. Love that there was an attached garage (especially handy in the winter!). Doug was very helpful and communicative so no issues.

This unit was a peaceful and restful place to stay convenient to family I visited in Traverse City. The unit itself is open, bright, and super clean. My dog loved the walkout slider and walking around the neighborhood, and Grand Traverse Bay is right around the corner. Will definitely stay at this property next time I visit the TC area.

This condo was the absolute perfect place to stay for our girls trip to Traverse City! It was a brand new build, extremely clean and well furnished, and the surroundings felt very safe. And we were able to bring our dogs! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view from the living room of the lake. Great pool and hot tub and people at the clubhouse were friendly and helpful. Nicely updated condo.
