The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

Spacious, clean and warm. Parking was easy. It’s well-positioned for access to the town centre and walks along the canal. Quiet and secluded; a lovely relaxing stay.

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

An excellent stay. Clearly superbly placed for visiting the Etihad Stadium or the CO-OP Live, but also attractions further into the city as we attended an event at the Apollo. An easy walk, and plenty of options for public transport if needed. Superb communication throughout, taking into account our booking with an infant as well. Plenty of little extras on arrival, very much appreciated. Will not hesitate to book again for future trips to Manchester.

Beautiful town, can’t wait to visit again. The space was immaculate, and Ruth was a very helpful and friendly host. Car park right across the road, less than a minutes walk. Howarth town centre is a 5-10 min pleasant walk past the enchanting steam train station (you must stop to watch the train, what a spectacle), and up a steep but short cobbled hill. The town has so many lovely trinket / witchy shops and pretty book shops, record shops etc. And great restaurants and cafes for breakfast overlooking the moors, lovely for people watching and spotting cute dogs! Cosy pubs for a drink after a hike, what more could you want :) Check in and check out were simple and straightforward. Thanks Ruth! Only thing that could’ve made it better was Heaaathcliffe greeting us at the window.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Four of us stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. Fantastic accommodation, well laid out and with everything you could possibly need. Welcome hamper a nice touch. Hebden has some great pubs and restaurants, and the countryside does not disappoint. We will definitely be back again.

This place is perfect, really homely, luxury feel and had everything you could possibly need for a stay, loads of towels, tea coffee, milk etc, check in super easy too and there’s a Tesco a minute walk away which is convenient. Definitely will stay here again! ☺️

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Family friendly, with lovely walks and restaurants on the door step. A great place to go and relax. Very close to Yorkshire Sculpture Park, which was very convenient. We all loved our stay and was made to feel at home.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Very enjoyable stay at Chris’s house. The house is beautifully decorated throughout! Felt so homely, it was warm with plenty of natural light. Very stylish items around the home. It was peaceful at Chris’s house. His home is very spacious and matched the description. Host Chris was lovely to deal with, he was very proactive and gave a great local recommendation - much appreciated Great car parking space at front of the house - even for our large saloon car! Thanks for allowing our Miniature Schnauzer to stay too - he was very well behaved! Loved all the little Dachshund items around the house too. The stay was very quiet and relaxing. The local area is well connected for transport and has lots of great bars and restaurants. Having travelled extensively worldwide, it’s rare for a place to get top marks - but I had no faults with this home, would recommend to others and would stay again if in the area. 5* stay!

Amazing stay! We had to rush the check-in as we have other commitments and the host made sure everything went smoothly! I will definitely come back again!

The annexe exceeded my expectations as it was bigger than I’d anticipated with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable with hot water, temperature, and basic foodstuffs provided too , which were much appreciated. I’d recommend this place definitely

A lovely clean and cozy little flat in a quiet area close to Leeds. Lovely walking routes nearby and easy to get to Leeds city centre by bus. I really enjoyed staying here and especially appreciated the books left for guests to read.

Richard was very accomadating and the apartment and the facilities were outstanding, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The location of the apartment is excellent, we were able to walk into the peak district and to the many local pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay at The Salt Box, we will definitely be back for a return visit. Thank you, Richard ☺️

We stayed at Sue’s as a base for visiting family and friends located in Leeds & Bradford with our almost 2 yr old. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. She met us on arrival, showed us around and then left us to it. Lots of food available which our toddler loved. We all appreciated the cereal options! Lovely large bathroom and bath toys for the little one (we’d forgotten ours). Sue provided a highchair which again, our toddler loved and a travel cot. The location was perfect for us and she gave us sole use of the drive. The floors did creak a bit which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers but it was very quiet past 10pm I believe. Our little one had no issues. Lovely home. Would recommend. Thank you Sue for being a great host x
