You feel secluded and private - everything you need to stay in - but also minutes from Woodstock and great restaurants. Beautiful views! Very romantic vibes, especially in the winter. The host was super helpful with communication about the weather. We got lots of snow and ice while there, and they made sure the steep driveway was well plowed and sanded for our departure.

What a peaceful wonderful time we had in this cherry red cabin. Thank you for warm healing waters, sunny blue skies with mountain views, cozy sleeps and wonderful times cooking and gathering around the cozy cabin. We unplugged, biked the reservoir, ate lots of yummy veggie food, danced at the Bearsville Theater, and breathed in the magical mountain air. Thanks Woodstock and much gratitude to our host Mirav for creating a wonderful retreat. Blessings.

We had an amazing stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and saved us with a last-minute booking, which we are so grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house, super clean and tidy inside, with comfy and modern furniture. The hot tub was fantastic, make sure you turn off the lights so you can see the stars! The only other heads up I’ll give is that the way to get in is through the back entrance! We tried the front door for like 5 minutes until the electronic lock blocked us from continuing haha. Great location to get away from the city for a weekend and go hiking. Lots of great trails really close by.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

What an absolutely fantastic property! The home was perfect for our party of eight adults for a 50th birthday. Woodstock is the most adorable town with tons of fun things to do. You must get the stuffed bagels from moonrise. We couldn’t have expected a better experience with the house, the amenities, and The kitchen was very well appointed. I would absolutely come back here again and probably will.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Peace Cottage! This stand-alone house is dog-friendly and perfectly appointed. There are two bedrooms at opposite sides of the house and a bed in the living room. The yard is great for pups. Host is communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Very quiet, great heat and hot water. Check out The Pines a few minutes down the road for dinner. Thank you for hosting us! We would love to come back for a longer stay!

This place was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated. It's not the average air bnb with multi property management, it's clear that Anne and Frank enjoy creating a beautiful home and property and take pride in being awesome hosts. Would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the outside pond and trails. Highly Recommend!

I loved staying in this home and hope to rent it again. It is just a few minutes from town and nestled in the woods. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

We spent a wonderful holiday weekend at Niall’s home. It was completely charming and very cozy and location was near Windham which was perfect for us. Niall was a terrific communicator, quick to respond to any question I had and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Nice and clean house with a hot tub that is well maintained! Getting into the driveway was a bit scary due to the weather and plumbing is a bit finicky but we had a great stay overall and the owner was very prompt with responses!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought our dog, and he spent hours gazing out the beautiful windows into the serene backyard, where we spotted birds and even some deer wandering by. The property was stocked with everything we could need, far beyond what we've experienced at any AirBnB. It was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and so peaceful. Plus, it’s centrally located, just minutes away from great restaurants. Susan was communicative and made the check-in and check-out process super easy. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin, particularly liked the huge windows to watch the sunset and hawks swooping by, the wood-burning stove and the hot tub! Anna was very helpful when the power very briefly went off. Lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Had a great stay!

Perfect location — it’s directly in the middle of Minnewaska State Park and downtown New Paltz. Stargazing in the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long hike.

Had an enjoyable stay at Ralph’s Woodstock location. Ralph was accommodating regarding the hot tub, as it was not working during our stay- We really appreciate it! The area itself was secluded and peaceful. The town of Woodstock was super cute. A great place to relax and unwind!

Great stay for family, close to the mountain. Easy check in and all basic supplies needed. Kitchen is small but otherwise space was just right.

The property is exactly as described—beautiful, cozy, and perfect for a group getaway, with charming wood paneling and all the comforts of home. The hot tub and stunning views of the snow-covered landscape were highlights, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a day out. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and proximity to skiing and other activities, and the hosts provided clear instructions for check-in, making the experience stress-free. We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼
