I enjoyed staying here. The photos in the listing do a great job at showing the space and was a close 7 minutes to center city. All amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo were included. The host had great communication and the checkout procedure was very easy. I would easily decide to stay here again.

Sean and Anne were great to allow us to stay at their house when we had a last minute cancellation. The place is huge; our family of four had plenty of room to relax after exploring Philly. The kitchen is fully equipped, we couldn’t use the patio or rooftop because we had snow, but the house was the perfect shelter for the little storm we had. Communication was smooth, with simple check in and check out instructions. There are a lot of details in each room (like bottles of water, chargers, games, snacks) to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay, like we did.

Gorgeous place, beautiful and homey. Very quiet street, peaceful and comfortable bedroom, very cozy living room and desk area on the second floor. Kitchen was well stocked and comfortable. Slept well each night and was warm and cozy even with the frigid temperatures. Great location!

This place was amazing for my friends and I to stay for a conference we were attending in town. Walkable to all the locations we needed! Clean and comfortable in every way.

Valerie's place is a great place to stay in Philadelphia. It is on a quiet, residential street with lots of places nearby to walk to. The designated parking spot was great to have right outside the front door! We never had trouble with parking our vehicle even though we mainly walked to the local coffee shops, fabulous restaurants (Zorba's), and Philadelphia sites. The city sites are within walking distance if one is up to it. The accommodation is exactly as described and Valerie is such a great host and we didn't have any trouble with the Air B&B or communicating with the host! The space was warm, clean & perfect for what we were wanting to do in the city!

This was the nicest pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful workout room with free coffee and dog treats. The place itself was very clean, had big closets with plenty of extra storage space, and the king mattress was really comfortable. Plenty of parking and great paths to walk our dog. It felt like we were in corporate housing: clean, quiet and orderly.

Tuan has a very beautiful home and great space for a family to stay. He left us a bottle of wine for the holidays and is the best host. He is fast at responding to messages and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at his home. 5 stars all the around and would definitely stay here on my next trip.

Samantha’s place is beautiful and very conveniently located! It was the perfect place for our family to stay while we visited Philadelphia. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. The rooftop deck has a great view. Samantha was super responsive and was very kind to let us keep our luggage at her place until we had to leave for the airport. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable distance to a lot of cute cafe and restaurants. I’d stay here again!

We had a great time at this location while in town for the eagles game! William was always responsive and the place was clean and cozy. We loved having a full open kitchen and area to gather for food and movies at the end of the day. We will 100% stay again next season! This place is perfect for large families or friend groups!

Great location - right in the middle of Drexel. Newly renovated interior - very nice.

We loved staying here - our 4 year old had fun playing and sleeping in the loft bed, and the house is very charming. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to lots of fun things to do, and having the garage to park in is a huge help. Would recommend!

Great apartment in a great location! The decor was really fun and all of the amenities were as described. I wasn't sure what the basement sofa bed would be like, but in fact it is quite comfortable (unlike most sofa beds). Would stay again!

We booked Jeffrey and Carmen’s home for a veryyyy last minute trip to Philadelphia. The house was clean, easy to access, and well equipped. We found parking right on the street. The host was super communicative and quick to respond. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Rating this 5 stars for the location and price alone. Eric was great at communicating and super descriptive and clear. It’s on a quiet street and a very quaint, clean, cozy place. Perfect for a weekend getaway in the heart of the city. A bit small of a living room, but easily works :) Some things I’d like to caution: 1. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. Not clearly stated in the listing. Fine with us, but something to be aware of! 2. Some of the rules were a bit excessive. We were 4 people visiting friends from uni and they said max 5 people at a time. Also passively suggesting to be very quiet on the patio after 10pm with threats of being kicked out. There were rules plastered across the Airbnb, making the space feel slightly unwelcoming. It’s an Airbnb, you’d have more freedom in a hotel. As long as people are respectful of the space, it should not be so explicitly restrictive. All-in-all, I still very much recommend the spot! Beautiful + great price.

Brandon and his co-hosts were very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. We traveled without a car, and found the area very walkable and in close proximity to some great restaurants. Lyft/Uber were easy to get when we did need them. Will definitely stay again when next in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabrielle’s place. It truly felt like home and went above and beyond what is normally included in an Airbnb. The extra touches of decor and some toiletries and snacks in the kitchen was very appreciated. Gabrielle was a very responsive host and nothing was too difficult. If we ever find ourselves in Philly again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay.

Great place right in Fairmont, walking distance to art museum. Good neighborhood. Street is very narrow but you can usually find a parking spot. Clean and well stocked with all the basic supplies. Beds are comfortable.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway, Would Highly Recommend

I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Newark DE. The place is clean and very comfortable, had a parking space right in front, easy to find and access, had good wifi, had tv's in every room, and a perfect size for my family of four. It is also close to malls and shopping centers. Our favorite coffee shop, the Little Goat, is about 14 minutes away near Main Street. Just a couple of minor things: there were clothes in the armoire drawer likely left by a previous guest and the master bedroom TV remote was missing (i used the remote from one of another room). I communicated this to the host and in no way affected the good time my family had in Newark. Without a doubt we would stay at Abubakar's place again if we come to the area in the future!

This townhome is really beautiful and was thoughtfully appointed. We loved the tub/shower upstairs- the tile and the natural light were so calming! It was like an unexpected private little bathhouse. We also found our bed and the linens to be very comfortable. It was very, very warm while we were in Philly, and the downstairs stayed incredibly cool, which we much appreciated. I know previous reviews mentioned light coming into the main bedroom from the park/field across the street, but there are curtains and blinds now, so we did not have any issues. Rafi and team were very communicative and helpful for any questions we had also, and we much appreciated the parking pass as well. And overall we loved the neighborhood , super cute and within walking distance to many delicious and cutie spots!

This adorable townhouse was perfect for a girls weekend. It’s was very clean and comfortable with adorable decorations. It was easy to find in the row of townhouses as the front door is a beautiful red. It was well appointed with many well stocked routine items in both the kitchen and bath. It has very nice outdoor spaces that would be perfect in nice weather but since we were there in January we didn’t get a chance to use them. The host ,Ivana , was friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommended. We would stay there again.

Beautifully decorated and truly feels like home--Marina's Airbnb was the perfect spot for a weekend staycation. Check in was super easy and we never had trouble finding parking right on the block. Marina was super communicative, and she's also taken the extra step of providing all the info you may need in the welcome packet. Everything you need is within 10-15mins. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. Overall everything we were looking for!
