Waterfront holiday rentals in Delaware Bay

Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

Had an amazing experience for my first time in Atlantic City. First and foremost, Tina is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Location is prime with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well kept at the moment of check-in. All the amenities explained by Tina on the listing were there. Would definitely book again when I come back to visit!

This was our second stay and again was such a pleasure!!! Lisa's place is so beautifully decorated, very clean, and super cozy. She provides drinks and snacks and has all the amenities of home. Plus a gorgeous waterview. A great location if you are visiting the U.S. Naval Academy or touring Annapolis. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Vickie's place on Breton Bay! It is peaceful and private with stunning views! The place was comfortable, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. All of the thoughtful touches, extras, and amenities were a welcomed addition. We had everything we could possibly need and more--truly a home away from home. Vickie was very communicative throughout our stay and gave us lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions. We would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb! Great experience. VERY BEAUTIFUL view, peaceful setting, and friendly host. Skip also left thoughtful treats which made us feel special and welcomed right away. Only 15 minutes from Bethany beach and 5 minutes from the grocery store. What more could you want?

We loved our stay here. The view and location really make it special. The apartment itself is perfectly simple, clean, and tidy. We are looking forward to coming back in other seasons (this trip was over the winter holidays). The area itself is quiet but still has plenty of places to eat and get anything you need. We both preferred staying in this area over Cape May proper. Do yourself a favor and sit outside and just listen to the bay waters gently lap against the shore. We went to Five West Pub and Mel’s and recommend both (especially Mel’s for breakfast). Other good points about the place: -Parking is ample and easy -Easy to find because it’s right at the end of the road -Close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle bustle

My wife and I stay here every time we come to Baltimore. It has been over a dozen times. The accommodations are rreat and Kathy and Wayne could not be better hosts.

Wind Blown 3 was the best choice for my birthday/New Year’s getaway. The apartment was clean, the decor was bright and fitting to the location, and the outside deck looking out onto the bay was breathtaking. The swing was a great touch and drinking coffee while watching the birds on the water was perfect. We saw bald eagles on the bay at low tide everyday we stayed. The restaurants in the area were fantastic and Mel’s located just down the street had delicious breakfast. Loved staying here and would definitely book again.

Joseph's house was perfect for a weekend at the shore. The house itself was very clean, peaceful, and had a bunch of amenities such as a game room, kayaks, fire pit, beach chairs, and a hot tub. Additionally, the views of the lagoon from the backyard were beautiful! As a host, Joseph was friendly and highly responsive throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this spot, 10/10!

We had a wonderful time in Diane’s house. We stayed 4 nights with our family, 5 couples and our son. It was better than expected. The house was clean and tidy. The views are amazing. The house offer several areas to entertain and is very cozy and well kept. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need to cook for a large group. There are places nearby for grocery shopping in Rock Hall, about 7 minutes drive. We also enjoyed a day in Chestertown that is about 20 min drive and has shops, restaurants and bars among other things to see and visit.

There were 10 of us. There were 5 bedrooms. Evveryone was happy about that. The outside deck off of the kitchen was a great gathering space with plenty of seating. we LOVED it. Pam was awesome. Communication was great. She got back to me right away. I can't say enough about how pleased we all were with the house and the memories made. We would definitely rent from Pam again.

We had a fantastic time over Labor day week. We arrived early in the day and we're pleased to learn that early check in was available. The rental is above a Cafe but it wasn't open much as the season was coming to a close. The home is literally on an inlet with great views. There is a marina with a small storefront and several 16' boats available for rent. Parking is free. The home is old but very well kept. Washer and dryer available and were in great shape. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 decks. There are no other homes on this side of the inlet so it's very peaceful. There is internet and many amenities. We rented boats 3x and also went on a charter fishing out of Sea Isle. John and Cristine are wonderful hosts and saw to it that all of our needs were met. Restaurants and beach access are close but would require a drive and parking. Lastly, the price for the week seemed competitive with the other rentals in Sea Isle. We hope to be back next summer.

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alexandra was very responsive and answered all of our questions prior. We knew what to bring and what we didn’t. Plenty of room for guests and great outdoor living space. Thank you again for having us. Wonderful place.

This is a great location if you have kids. I love the fact that there was baby gates for the porch and also there was kid friendly cups plates, and utensils. it’s very close to the beach and it’s a very quiet location on the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The house was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. I can’t say not one negative thing about our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Very comfortable condo for our visit to Ocean City. It was convenient and quiet and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the canal view and nice porch area, just wish it would have been warmer weather!

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this spot for a long weekend mid-winter getaway. It's exactly as pictured and described - beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We didn't get to use the balcony as it was too cold, but the view of the bay and docks is great. It's also convenient to everything. Would absolutely stay again.

This wasn't our first time at Stephanie's condo, and it won't be the last! It's clean, comfortable, quiet, and there's plenty of elbow room. Beautiful views right on the beach. Close to some of our favorite places to eat. Stephanie is a great host too!

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!

This place was great for a little weekend get away. The place has a very homey feel. The location was great, nice and quiet. Brian was extremely responsive and friendly.
