Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

We had a great stay at Dimitris place and we enjoyed the surroundings a lot. Dimitris shared great restaurants and other must sees. He always responded super quickly. Next time we are in Thessaloniki, we definitely will stay here again!

Great stay! The place was within walking distance to everything we did. The apartment was easy to find, spotless, great location in the city Center. When we arrived the streets around was very busy and we thought it was going to be busy at night but it was quiet enough. Grocery store across the street was great as well as several bakeries and restaurants close by. All n all very ideal. It is on the 6th floor of the building and the lift is from the 60s so we walked up and down rather than taking it which was some good exercise.

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

The host was very friendly and immediately responsive to everything. The room and location exceeded our expectations, a quiet, beautiful location where everything is close and you feel at home. We highly recommend it. In the room there is a book with suggestions for visiting locations, some of which we used and the locations are really great.

Laura and Fivos were great hosts and we were delighted to spend our vacation at their place. Everything match the description and we didn't miss anything during our stay. We were with a infant and the hosts were very responsive and give early checkin/late checkout options. Overall it was very nice stay and we fully recommend the place and the hosts.

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

Staying at Alexandra's place was such extraordinary experience. The kids really loved sleeping in the caravan and having the garden to play. With a 10 minutes walk you're in the centre of Skala Fourkas and its beach. If you want to go by car there' a lot of parking available. Alexandra and her husband were very nice and reactive. They gave us all the details needed about the caravan and information about the area. Great experience!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.

Very good location, just 3 minutes to the beach on foot. The apartment has Air conditioning and there were no mosquitoes. I didn't realise form the pictures, but the apartment has 2 bedrooms that are very similar. Outside of the kitchen it has a shaded garden with 2 tables and chairs and a little tree. The garden is private in front of the apartment, but it's a duplex and the garden (yard) is shared with the other apartment, but you can close the yard door if you have a dog or little children. Aikaterini is a great host, very responsive and understanding, he accepted our date change request. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the placez especially due to being so close to the beach and a good bakery.

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Thomas and his daughter were very kind! The apartment is impeccable, beautiful and with everything you need for a vacation! The place is very strategic both for going to the city and going to the castle. Thomas provided us with a lot of information about the place and many suggestions on what to visit. Super positive experience both for the apartment but especially for the kindness of the owners. Super recommended
