Holiday rentals with a patio in Decatur County

We were in town for a biannual event and found Mrs Holland's cute place! Arrived to brownies on the counter. :) The location was great, close to our event, and cute neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and blankets. Couldn't find the coffee mugs, but brought our own to go cups. Loved the gas range! Mrs Holland was very communicative and helpful. We didn't spend any time in Camden as we were at our event the entire two days we stayed, but the Country and Western is great if you're looking for a hearty meal. Or just stay in and cook on that beautiful range! But you'll have to do the dishes yourself as there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for us because we were mostly there to sleep, but its worth mentioning. Check out was easy-peasy. No cleaning, stripping of the beds or towels or anything. Just pack up your things and head out! Would recommend and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Beautiful home! It was the perfect place to stay during my short trip to Tennessee! Betty was a wonderful host and very responsive. I even arrived ahead of schedule and she allowed me to check-in early! So generous and accommodating 💜

This place was absolutely a gem! Peaceful, beautiful, and clean… The host were wonderful constantly checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed… Will definitely stay at this place again…Would highly recommend.

I liked everything about the inside of this place. Very clean, spacious, comfortable mattress and pillows. However, the businesses on the same floor and below were noisy, rude, and dirty. Privacy when sitting outside of the room was not great. I would stay again all things considered.

Was a beautiful place to stay. There was plenty of space for us and our 2 teenage daughters. The views are beautiful and the lake provides a beautiful backdrop. Very clean private place to stay. Highly recommend!

If you need plenty of space for a bunch of folks, Amber’s place with 2 spacious levels has you covered. You’re pretty much right on Beech Lake, which is a highlight of Lexington. We enjoyed the big screen TV and the well equipped kitchen - and proximity to city shopping & restaurants.

It was by far one of the nicest and cleanest places I’ve stayed while in an Airbnb. The place was secluded and beautiful. I was very jealous it was only for a night. Brandy was very responsive on all my questions. It was the perfect place to stay for a baseball tournament.

This was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. We enjoyed our short stay here. The host was very nice and communicated very well. The entire process to checking in, the stay, and checking out was very seamless and easy. If we are ever passing through we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Jeff’s home was comfortable and spacious. His home is located right behind the Huddle House. Convenient for when you don’t feel like cooking. I had to contact him a few times and he was quick to respond. Will be booking with him again soon.

The place was clean and very updated. The coffee bar was a great bonus. There was a lot of space.

Although the reason for our stay wasnt pleasant the home felt like a safe place to finalize my brothers estate. The surroundings were beautiful and it felt like home. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. My dog felt comfortable as well and this is definitely an animal friendly home. Pat Hanshew

This property had plenty of space for my family.. perfectly located close to our grandchildren and Krishna was just a phone call away if we needed him. We will plan to rent this property again in the future

Staying at Jana’s was such a blessing! We are building in the area and to have a home base to cook, do laundry, rest, and enjoy our evenings is so crucial for us right now during the stress of building and caring for a small farm while not being able to stay on site yet. Her home was so full of love and care towards meeting our needs. Stocked fridge, toiletries, laundry soap and so much more. She has everything there for emergencies and what makes a house a home. We loved it! The location is the best in waverly. Right downtown and 6 minutes from our property. We could go back n forth with ease. She was so accommodating and clearly cared about our well being. I would highly recommend her home!
