Holiday houses in Dead Lakes

This is my second time staying at the Crab Shack and I plan to come again. It is clean and well kept and has a fenced in back yard for puppies. The Port St Joe beaches are minutes away and there are lots of great restaurants around the corner. Richard and Ginger are great hosts and communication is timely and easy. This is a duplex next to another rental that shares the yard, but it was quiet and private.

Absolutely 5 stars! This Airbnb just outside Rosemary Beach was everything our family needed for the perfect vacation—and then some. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the little extras that make traveling with kids easier (hello, beach chairs, towels, and even board games!). The location was dreamy—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the charm and buzz of Rosemary Beach. We spent our days biking to the beach, watching sunsets, and making memories around the dinner table and fire pit. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than renters. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with full hearts, sun-kissed faces, and plans to return next year. If you’re looking for a special place to create lifelong family memories, this is it!

What a great place!! My family had an amazing time at Shane’s place!! It was exactly as described!! Amazing views and everything was very well kept and maintained. Everything was well stocked and beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. And when we had a minor issue figuring out something Shane responded very promptly. Already looking forward to next year!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Morning coffee with a view was a treat! We walked the cute streets and even took a Pilates class! Our beds were so comfy and every detail had been taken care of! We can’t wait to plan our next trip.

My Mom, sister, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kyle's place in Panama City Beach! 😁 The location was unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to the beautiful beach. The unit itself was impeccably clean and had such a welcoming, homey scent. We also really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, making for a truly relaxing getaway. Kyle was a fantastic host; his communication was responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful. For the value we received, this Airbnb was unbeatable. We highly recommend Kyle's place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Panama City Beach, and we're already looking forward to visiting again! 🫶🏻

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!
