Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent, always willing to help us with any questions or requests we had. It made us feel at home, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our visit. The place itself is stunning. It is spacious, modern and decorated that reflects a perfect balance between comfort and style. Each corner is thoughtfully designed to offer a unique and relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds, and the common areas are ideal for spending time with family or friends. The cleanliness is impeccable and everything is in perfect condition. Most noteworthy is the feel of spaciousness and comfort the place offers. We felt right at home from the first minute, and every day it was a real pleasure to come back after our activities.

The pocitos neighborhood was perfect. A bus on a street corner took us to the old town, the apartment is on the corner of La Résistance bakery which is excellent (closed on Mondays) and very close to a grocery store and fruit shop. There is a market on Sundays at Parc Rodo which is near and in front of the apartment on Wednesdays. We are also walking distance from Ramirez beach with its wonderful sunsets. In short, it's a great base camp to discover Montevideo. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel like you are at a friend's place.

The place was cozy and nicely located, with easy access to major amenities. The hosts were very attentive and quickly resolved all the inconveniences that arose during our stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this place to those who visit the area.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned again this year! The host is very responsive and helpful. They made some updates in the apartment and it looks great! The location is great located right next to the rambla, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I definitely recommend this place!

the bed is a sofa bed but you can sleep well, the patio has flimsy bikes, which do not give much privacy but is not very important, the neighbors are quiet, the patio furniture is uncomfortable, the rest is PERFECT, GREAT location, elegant, sober, modern, clean, has everything to have a very good stay.

We really liked the apartment ..spacious and comfortable ..there were 4 ..two adults and two young people and we were very comfortable. I had many elements for comfort. how to sheets .tolls, very full bathroom,even hair dryer and iron . Two aires conditioned . We were very satisfied. Two blocks from Plaza Independence and the cathedral so walking you can walk quietly. Excellent Martín and his wife ...always available and attentive to any need. They even left us fruits and water👏👏.. we recommend it 100%😃😃

I needed a place to work and spend time with family and friends. The house is very well equipped. You can tell that the hosts thought very carefully what guests may need. The design of the house is such that there are probably more than 10’distinct areas to spend an occasion in good company.

We loved to stay in this place. Very comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults a toddler and a baby. Alejandro was our host, he was very thorough during the check in, making sure he gave us all the details about the property. Him and Maria Jose helped us with an early check in after we asked for this. The property was located in a wonderful area, with everything nearby, from restaurants to supermarkets, the beach and play parks. We will certainly consider to book this again for our next visit.

Very comfortable and practical apartment. The area is nice and quiet. Very good.

Excellent host. Very communicative and attentive to details. It's very hospitable, and that highlights it over the rest. Gestures like leaving some snacks prepared by each of the guests makes it highlight their commitment to service. The place is ideal for being close to the beach and a quiet place. A detail for those who have a light dream: the main room has the window overlooking the street and when some motorbikes pass they can hear loud. But since I'm having deep sleep, personally it didn't bother me. The room with the cuchetas are ideal for those who have three pibes or four pibes. The kitchen is well equipped with necessities. Totally recommended!

Maria's apartment is very nice, as described in the ad, besides being located in an excellent neighborhood of Montevideu (Pocitos), very quiet near the waterfront, cafeterias and supermarket. Maria is a super accessible, friendly person, gave several tips and promptly answered our questions. I recommend Maria's apartment.

Marcelo is a great host. We are very happy with our stay in your apartment, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, for us as a family it was perfect. We were able to prepare food for our baby without any limitations. Totally safe for seniors and toddlers.

The stay at Sebastián and Soledad was spectacular. Both for a Uruguayan who lives outside, as for a Brazilian looking to feel at home, walking distances, in a place where you can rest and feel like home! Personally I was able to share beautiful conversations with both, laughs, share stories and get to know us more! Really feel like family. Any doubt or need that may arise in the stay, in terms of their possibilities, they will seek to solve and help you so that everything is pleasant. Undoubtedly a place to go back to or even go to say hello to chat and give them a hug! 100% recommended to stay with them! La cale peazno and the neighborhood, where you can feel Uruguay, its diversity, customs, the nearby Rambla and candombe a few blocks away, without disturbing the atmosphere of the apartment! Rodrigo's place was perfect for our stay in Montevideo. Very conveniently located and fully complies with what it offers. We communicated with Elsa, all very fluid and friendly! She helped us in everything we asked of her. The apartment is very comfortable for 3 people, with everything you need regarding appliances, internet, air conditioning, bedding, etc. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the rambla (Pocitos beach), with a supermarket very close, several other places to buy and eat on the same block and the Montevideo Shopping no more than 4 blocks away. It also has its own parking lot, which allows you to rent a car with peace of mind, without having to pay anything extra. We would come back without hesitation!

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
