Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Daytona Beach

Very happy with our stay. This rental was the best equipped Airbnb that we have rented so far - included everything you would ever need for a 2 week stay. Stacy was very accommodating with our schedule and actually extended our original 2 week stay a couple of days to avoid returning home in a snowstorm. Thanks Brian & Susanne

The rental location is a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the lake. It is a lovely, bright space with many amenities. Suzanne is very friendly and helpful as is her husband. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The accommodation is exactly as depicted. The host is extremely responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and gives easy access to the highway. Our group was a total of 6 and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had 3 vehicles and a 32ft trailer, this space was able to accommodate it all! It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom.

We couldn't have had a better stay. Everything was perfect! It's super clean and incredibly well-equipped. Debrah and Morris are the perfect hosts. It couldn't be better!

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

This place was beautiful and social media worthy (if you are into that stuff). I visited this location with my SO and my 3 dogs, honestly the dogs might probably enjoyed the space better than we did. For a family vacation this place was equipped for all the needs. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. I 10/10 recommend to others and stay here again.

I can't praise this place enough! It was the perfect vacation spot for my family and I. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is just minutes away from anything you could need. I will definitely book this property again!!!

Michael was a great host, Very friendly, responsive and professional. The home is very beautiful. The shower was even better. Our family had alot of fun in the pool. There was also a pretty neat walking trail next to the house and great parks to take the kids to. The pool table is awesome, it was a little different than a standard table do to being an 8 or 9 foot table. This home is easily worth more than what he is asking. What a great deal. Thanks Michael!

Our stay was for 3 families. Well appointed beach theme. Options of bedrooms , 4.5 baths to please all. Master had heated floor in its bath. Pre-teens loved the bonus TV room in the garage play area that opened to the pool. Beautiful patio area. Accommodated 9 easily for meals indoors and outdoors. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen essentials. Webber grill and fire pit were terrific with the privacy fence and string lighting. Emails to PMI were responded to timely. Front garage had a canvas cart with chairs and boogey boards to make it easier to walk to the beach and crossing A1A. Cars were allowed on the beach 🏖️ so that was an option. Publix was close by. We chose to cook and have meals at the house because it was so resort-like. Walked to the end of the street to the inter-coastal to see a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay. We stayed during peak season so it was pricy, but the many features of the property made us all happy with the choice. A day in St Augustine.. Beach was perfect.

Great place, exactly as described and as in the photos. Checkin process was quick and efficient. Building amenities were plentiful and in great condition Location is very convenient with anything you need in walking distance Did not need to contact the host as everything was great; but received text messages for any relevant info they wanted to let me know of

Scott’s communication throughout the stay was great! Room was exactly as pictured and described. The resort has wonderful and very polite staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Daytona.

Very nice location, close to a lot of different things and the pool looked very clean and inviting, although it was too chilly for us to use. Cute, beachy atmosphere with enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. A bit noisy as there was beach construction and workers doing things at the complex as well, but not too bad. It was our very first AirBNB so we hope we did just as well as our hosts. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

It's a very lovely place. comfortably fits 4. Bathroom was kinda small considering there was only one. We really enjoyed our stay and the amazing views . Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful direct views of the ocean! We spent 4 nights here for Bike Week. It was in a great location, close enough to everything you might want to do for Bike Week and with plenty of store/food options close by (some directly across the street, like Publix). The condo building had bike parking right up front for Bike Week and we felt safe coming and going at all hours both in the parking lot and building itself. The condo itself was just as described. Having the kitchenette was such a great amenity. There’s plenty of space in this condo and the bathroom is a good size! Check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Keri didn’t overwhelm us with a ton of messages like some hosts do but gave us everything we needed to make our stay easy going!

Jared’s condo was by far the most spectacular condo I’ve rented in Daytona. Everyone was comfortable and happy and each day I couldn’t wait to get back to the condo to enjoy it. I never used an alarm to wake up in the mornings. I slept with the blinds open and the sunrise gently woke me each day. As simple as that sounds it was a moving experience for me. I will look to secure Jared’s condo whenever I’m in Daytona. Thank you, Rob Bryant
