Holiday rentals with a sauna in Dawson County

Beautiful town with lots of neat shops to explore. Amenities could use some updating but everything was clean and orderly.

Unit was exactly like the posting said. Loved the peacefulness of the resort. It was an awesome place to stay.Would definitely book with them again

Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

Greg was an awesome host and the house was amazing. The basement was so cool. We hope to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake. Highly recommend this stay

I wholeheartedly recommend Falling Waters Lodge for special events or just a relaxing get-away. The lodge and its grounds are impeccably maintained and the attention to homey details is obvious. We had the pleasure of staying at the lodge for a small, intimate wedding. In spite of our extensive planning, the weather didn’t cooperate. Hosts Scott and Karen came to our rescue, helping us carry out a solution that worked as well, if not better than, our original plan. In addition, we took full advantage of the amenities, from the sauna, hot tub, yoga mats, games, fishing and fire pit. Scott and Karen have clearly thought of and provided everything you might need during your stay and are readily available if you need additional assistance. Falling Waters Lodge and its hosts far exceeded our expectations. I'd rate them a 10 if I could.

Great hosts! Lots of extra touches. Fully stocked kitchen, blankets & cozy place. Decorated really cute. Accessible design without being generic. You can tell there’s a Creative in the family. 😊

My friends and I had an amazing staycation! We had a great time kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The host’s communication was prompt and seamless. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this place, what a find. Needed several separate spaces for a group of friends traveling together and Ted's beautiful farm and cabins were perfect. Everyone had their own space when they needed it, but we were all together for meals, games, movies etc. The location is just a few minutes drive from downtown Ellijay, but we only went once to check it out, otherwise we were happy just to wander around the property, check out the trails, enjoy the sauna and feed the animals (shout out to Gilbert the donkey). Several great wineries are a short drive away (we liked Buckley, Ott and Roo) and some orchards which we're already planning a fall trip to check out. This cabin was the smaller of the two we rented and its perfect for a couple's getaway, or if you do have kids, there's a really cool loft space for them with a sunroof for stargazing. The style of the place is very minimalist and modern which fits our aesthetic tastes perfectly. Great spot for shooting photos. Super special spot.
