Amazing villa in beautiful location. Views of the hills and ocean were unbelievable. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. The villa lacked nothing. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfect.

We stayed for a girl's trip and had a WONDERFUL trip!!! The hosts were very accommodating and Danielle, the house manager, was so helpful. The decor is beautiful and well stocked for all of our needs. We retained the services of Chef Phillip on the first night so we didn't have to worry about dinner. Chef made a FANTASTIC dinner. ..we highly recommend. The house is in a more private/quiet area of the island, but it was so easy to get transportation to and from the more lively areas. We would absolutely stay again.

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

My girlfriend and I stayed here as part of our trip to St. Martin. The place was spotless with so many great amenities and the pool was definitely a great bonus to come home and unwind in after a day of fun. The countless bottles of water provided and snacks were a great touch and my girlfriend loved all the extra blankets scattered around the house such as on the couch downstairs. They were always super helpful with any questions we had and responded super quickly. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking to visit St. Martin.

I celebrated my 40th Birthday here and the views are amazing and so is the place! Definitely a comfortable and safe place to stay if you visit St.Maarten, keep in mind it is 25 minutes from airport and local shops but we rented a car and it was prefect.

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Our experience at Villa Ocean was truly fantastic. Melissa, Nina and Kevin were extremely proactive prior to our arrival, providing suggestions for activities and restaurants, as well as helping us navigate new travel requirements. They were also incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay, and generously made lunch reservations for us so we could make the most of our final hours on the island. Kevin was fantastic helping us find the villa in the dark upon our arrival, and provided a thorough overview of the villa and all its amenities. The villa itself is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures, and proved to be a great size and set-up for our two families. We lived on the outdoor deck with the doors open to the interior - it was truly heaven. The view of the water and Pinel Island were a spectacular way to begin and end each day. We also made frequent use of the kayaks, making trips out to the sandbar and to Pinel Island. You will not regret booking it!

Cheryl’s home is very spacious and comfortable. Cheryl’s house has a big private driveway which is gated. Three bedrooms had large closets with a safe for valuables in each room. The laundry machine was easy to use (drying rack indoor and outside) and the kitchen was well equipped. The appliances are in good condition and we had no issues. All air conditioning units were working. Our time on the island was fantastic. Definitely glad we had a car to drive around. Some highlights include the Flying Dutchman, Loterie Farm (pool and extreme zip line consists of 7 lines), Parotte Ville Bird Sanctuary (get there first thing in the morning - birds more active), a day trip to Pinel Island is a must. Once you get off the boat ($10 per person return trip), beach chairs for rent, snorkelling (we swam with turtles and a spotted eagle ray). Our trip ended with an amazing fireworks show for New Year’s Eve on the water in Philipburg.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most restaurants and bars … rooftop has beautiful views and a nice place to relax and take in the sun!

Ana's place was as described, the apt. provided us exactly what we needed, a restful space in quiet neighborhood to unwind. Instructions provided were clear and allowed us to arrive and enter without any major issues. Amenities included were sufficient for our quick Getaway. Thanks Ana, we had a great time.

Lovely stay at this unique studio at great location between beach and nightlife. Shanaan was a great host and very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Good value for money, would stay again! :D

Leda was very gracious and hospitable from start to finish. She lent us a few work out items and was always responsive to questions throughout the week we spent in her rental home. The unit itself is very well designed and built. The ceilings are high. Windows run wall to wall and floor to ceiling and can be shuttered for sun blocking (and security). I liked having the bedroom upstairs. It was spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. It wasn’t obvious to me from the listing but the bathroom is on the same level as the bedroom - which is appreciated in the middle of the night. I also appreciated how electrical plugs and lights were everywhere you’d want them. The location is ideal for watching the daily parade of tourists on the Boardwalk as it looks straight down it from one aspect. The other aspect (corner unit) looks into lush palm trees and the ocean beyond. Shopping is steps away. Bars and restaurants too. A real oasis.

This place was amazing! It looked exactly like the photos - clean, private pool and dock on the water, and spacious for 2. The location was in a great spot - close to the airport but not too close that you hear the planes, and drive-able to restaurants and bars. The host was responsive and helpful when it came to showing us the place upon check-in, and offering recommendations for during our stay! Would recommend this place to anyone going to St. Maarten!

Back from vacation and already missed the place. Feels very homey. The view from the bottom balcony was exceptional. Manoj and Mariana were very responsive with excellent communications no matter what time of day. The house on the water inside a gated area was great. Private parking. A fully equipped house. We loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and a bbq is a plus if you decide to bbq. We loved the guestbook idea, where you get to read other guest experiences and favourite places to visit and eat. The location is excellent especially you rent a car. Otherwise, you’re surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Thank you Manoj for everything, we loved SXM and we hope to return soon.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

Staying at Joe’s place was by far the best decision for an airbnb in St. Maarten. Between a beautiful private beach off The Cliff, an awesome infinity pool, and wide patio with a view of- I couldve stayed there the whole time and been content with the trip. The near by restaurants, grocery stores and things to do less than a mile or so drive made everything so convenient. Will certainly be coming back!

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

The Place was beautiful, the pictures does it no justice. Unit was extremely clean and cozy. When visiting make sure to have a Taxi driver on hand to exit the villa to the road is a very long walk.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!
