Holiday rentals with a patio in Davis

Exactly as described! Perfectly met our needs for our overnight stay in Elkins. Albert was very responsive with any questions, and the neighborhood was safe with ample street parking. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

I loved staying here! Private location, safe neighborhood, cute apartment over the (large) garage. Very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Lower ceiling over the bed/bath area, but in the main living/dining/kitchen area - which was quite large, very clean, and comfortable - the ceilings were over 9'. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

Our stay at Dave and Linna's was wonderful and would go back in a heartbeat. The location is so close to the slopes. They truly have put a special touch into the place as well. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is lovely, and it's very clean. Beautiful touches throughout and thoughtful accessories just in case you might forget a toiletry item or something. Can't wait to make another visit to Timberline and stay here.

Excellent accommodations. We were 5 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the spacious first floor for their magna-tile and lego projects and the adults were happy at the large dining table. The outdoors were quiet, spacious and plenty of opportunities for the kids to run around. We used this location as a central point for the high peaks hike in MD and WV, an excellent location. Also visited Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks - amazing natural wonders. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Vince’s home is anything but sterile—it’s full of character and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we were fascinated by how much there was to see. We spent hours just exploring! The hot tub in the garage was a fantastic touch. The weather was freezing when we visited, but the garage kept it cozy. The stargazing was incredible—as a photographer, I captured the best Milky Way shot I’ve ever taken from the backyard. The pond was a peaceful retreat, and the beds were fantastically comfortable. There are so many spaces to gather and relax, making the whole place feel welcoming. And the kitchen. A true cook’s dream, stocked with everything you could need. Vince himself was amazing—super attentive and accommodating. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice! His house was the best Air B&B we've stayed at.

This was a wonderful place for a couples weekend getaway! The house was very clean and very nice. The coffee bar and hot tub were great. Carol especially was amazing with her communication. During our stay, there was a blizzard warning, which lead to a brief power outage. Carol made sure to reach out to us about everything first and was extremely responsive and helpful. She made sure we were taken care of and even had a guy come out to clear the driveway of any snow. Overall, wonderful place with a wonderful place. We may stay here again in the future!

Our group loved this home! It was conveniently located close to the lodge, however I do not recommend the walk in ski boots. The mudroom was perfect for getting ready and drying out clothes. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of counter space. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for our little family getaway! Tons of space to spread out. Loads of fun extras. The view is amazing! We had a great time!

This place surpassed our expectations. The house was more spacious than it looked online. There’s hiking, skiing, and fishing in the area. There’s a farm behind the house and they run a petting zoo in the warmer months. It would be great for kids and animal lovers. My wife loved waking up to watch the cows and mini horses while drinking coffee. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the kitchen is very nice with all the basics. We recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house, very nicely appointed. It was quite a pleasant space, clean and inviting.

We all had a delightful time! We loved the large dining table for our family of 8 to play games after a day of skiing. Location is great for the 25 minute drive to Canaan ski resort. Gorgeous views!!! The cabin was extremely clean, well appointed kitchen & the pool table was put to frequent use! Sheila was so sweet to provide a delicious banana bread, chocolates & a lovely birthday card for our son-in-law’s birthday. The hot tub was used each evening & beautiful surroundings as the snow came down on our last evening. We would definitely book again if we are in the area. Thank you for a wonderful family time!!

We have stayed here previously when we came to ski Timberline. We knew that we had to stay here again. The place is very cute, modern and cozy. Rachel is very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again when we come back to ski.

This place was perfect for a quick getaway with my boyfriend. Self Check-In was very convenient and the place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and nicer than a hotel, but not too much house for just the 2 of us. Everything from the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the bedroom was organized and home-y. Things like towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap, and utensils/dishes were provided and clean as well. The only thing I would warn about is the amount of lady bugs I saw inside the house. There is a large window in the bedroom with a beautiful view and a nice black-out shade, but I fear it seems to be an entrance for lady bugs. However, I did not see any other bugs in the home during my 4 night stay and would not call this place dirty at all. I would recommended this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay, close enough to visit state parks like Blackwater Falls or the small local towns nearby which had restaurants, a grocery store, and pubs!

Perfect spot for those planning a ski/snowboard getaway. Very close to Timberline and Davis. The space is dated but has all the essentials needed for a great stay. Overall great deal. Recommended!

Wonderful time visiting the Davis area and staying in this condo. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our host was easy to communicate with and available when needed. Hope to visit again soon.

Cute and reasonably priced little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of local large cities plus plenty to do in the surrounding areas!
