Holiday rentals with a patio in Davidson County

Place was nice & a good break from the usual city neighborhood - we were in town for Christmas & Vickie had the home decorated for the holidays so that was wonderful for celebrating so our kids could still have gifts around the tree. Place was as described & easy to find with the direction provided.

Wonderful, peaceful stay. Great to see the animals. We were confused at first with finding the house on the property, however outside of that, a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for a little Valentine’s weekend getaway. It was perfect. We wanted to stay in so we planned to cook our own meals. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill was clean and ready to go. I loved all the little baskets of soft throws since it’s winter and I’m cold natured. The beds were very comfy and clean. Plenty of seating in all the areas. We sat in the hot tub with the fire pit going…perfect ambiance for a rainy, chilly yet romantic winter retreat. The lights were on and the heat bumped up for our later arrival. Can’t say enough good things, and can’t wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors and lake activities!

Laura's place is beautiful and a great area to relax and enjoy nature. My son and I enjoyed the lake fishing and caught quite a few catfish. Even with this portion of the lake fairly drained we were able to walk across lakebed to do some successful fishing. Every room stayed comfortable thanks to the mini split AC and TV's in every room. Thanks for having us here and we look forward to coming back soon!

Our family of 5 stayed here. The area was peaceful/beautiful. House was clean, huge deck! The fishing was wonderful, kids were able to catch many fish. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. Wifi, smaller tvs throughout the home & a pool table for night time entertainment. House is small & quaint which was perfect for our family as we just needed somewhere to sleep for the nights & outside by day! The host had clear communication & we were able to find and understand everything easily. A few recommendations if you are staying: the charcoal grill is small/lid broken for us to use, the front of the property edging the lake is too steep to back your truck in to set a boat/skis in from the property (but the boat ramp is only five minutes away!) & the shower is a bit difficult to use as the shower head isn't adjustable for kiddos (it sprays towards the back and high up) but detaches as a wand for adults. Overall 5 stars as we truly had a wonderful time, thank you!

We felt right at home in this beautiful condo ! It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great! We only needed to contact her a couple of times (not for problems with the condo) and she responded very quickly. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend!!!

Cozy, comfortable and very clean! This stay was exactly what our crew (2 adults, 2 dogs) was needing for a long weekend getaway. Jay was an excellent and easy to communicate with host. His place had great amenities from an outdoor fire pit area to the hot tub and what became a personal favorite, the loft space with 2 beds perfect for an afternoon nap. Not a far drive from Salisbury where we took in a nice dinner and a local wine and shopping festival. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely return for another stay!

The place was nice and peaceful, weather was warm enough to fish a couple days, (NC in December, you never know)! We enjoyed our stay while our house was under construction (only live 2 miles away). Errin was very flexible with us extending our stay a couple times, would definitely recommend!
