It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Bing was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location of Bing’s place is very close to Terminal 3 airport which was perfect for us to fly in and out of Manila. Resorts World Casino and Mall are across the street which made it very convenient. The Condo is exactly as described and the pictures of her place are spot on. I highly recommend staying at her Condo.

Very nice place to stay. It’s a few miles away from different places like Alabang but plenty of options to get around. Grab taxi, jeepny.

A perfect overnight stay for a layover in Manila. Close to lots of Grab Food options, easy to get in and out of and located in a nice neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for any airport layovers. You can see Terminal 3 from the balcony window. Perfect for what we were looking for.

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

We had an excellent stay! We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! Great location, close to everything and close to airport. Looks exactly as pictured. And it’s exclusive village, super great and feel safe! The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A little bit hot in the kitchen area and dining area when we start cooking. A great stay! The neighbors were nice and polite. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

our stay here was really comfortable and sulit! the house is very clean and everything was almost like new. the owner and ate nads were really accommodating and responsive even at nighy, they're always ready to help us whenever we had questions about the place. there's also a mini store beside them, which is really convenient for us. they reallt made sure we had a lovely stay. my friends and i would give this 10 stars if possible haha! thank you so much, and i really recommend this bnb. we will definitely come back soon!☺️❤️

Went with my family (there were 9 senior citizens out of 20 pax) and kids to celebrate our lola’s 101st bday and everyone loved it! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfy—extra pillows, blankets, toiletries, and bath and pool towels were provided too! It was truly like a luxury hotel experience. Internet was very fast so my cousins were able to WFH without any problem. Kitchen had everything so you only had to bring ingredients. The whole house was cool and not hot at all even during April’s very hot summer day. My kids loved the pool as it was heated and it had a very shallow area that was perfect for toddlers. Kuya Richard was just a knock away and he was able to address all our issues immediately. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Loved our stay, easy short walk to the mall. 10 minute walk to LRT.

We needed a place to say before our flight and Richard’s place was available and it was near the airport. The place was very comfortable and we were able to do our laundry before we went back home. Everything was clean and it was equipped with all the things you’ll need for a stay. Lastly, the host is very nice and helped us get settled in the unit.

Just like the others (i think i already used 2 others), this condo far exceeded my and my guests expectations. Bea and her staff go above and beyond to meet our needs. Communicating with Bea is a pleasure; she responds so promptly. No doubt, I’ll be staying at any of Bea’s properties again and again.

Great location near terminal 3. The concierge at front desk was super helpful. The condo was nice and clean. Great location for long layover. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport,. We would definitely stay there again. In tagalog babalik balikan tlaga hindi mataray ang may ari at ng staff niya.

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!
