Beautiful and quiet house with large garden incl. small lake - plenty of space for leisure activities. Due to the open construction of the house and the wooden floorboards on the upper floor, however, noises in the house are very well perceptible. Everything in the village is within walking distance.

The location of the place is perfect. Quietly located and you were in the city and beach in a few minutes. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything so far.

A super nice place with a wonderful location! The communication was always super fast and super friendly. The house has everything you need. We really enjoyed the walks, the sauna and the hot tub. Everything is top notch in terms of amenities. We didn't miss anything and would have liked to have stayed longer:-). The dryer is also super great, which makes it extremely easier. We were there over Christmas and enjoyed the fireplace. The terrace is very large and with great furniture...in summer also certainly a dream. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. We were even provided with firewood and you could buy homemade honey for a fair price. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards, Rike

We immediately felt very comfortable in Achim's accommodation. Everything is decorated with love and very cozy, perfect for a family holiday over the Christmas days. You definitely need a car, because supermarkets, shops, excursion destinations etc. can only be reached in this way, but we knew that before. We were particularly enthusiastic about the living area with the fireplace and the bedrooms on the upper floor, which are super nice and cozy. It even prepared a small Christmas tree with lighting on the terrace, and glowing stars hung in the trees, which made the Christmas mood perfect. Oven and stove were very suitable for cooking food for the whole family because of the size. The sauna was also popular on the cold winter days and rounded it all off. Achim responded directly to questions, requests or comments, and was always easily accessible. We would definitely come back! Thanks a lot! :)

Wonderful place, we would have liked to extend our stay. Invites, especially in winter, to spend the whole day in the sauna and in front of the fireplace 🥰

It was my third stay at Warnemünde and this Airbnb was the best of all I've visited so far. We only stayed at the place for one night, everything worked out great. Check-in was a little earlier, which was very helpful. The host Falko was always available by phone. The accommodation is very centrally located, within a 5-minute walk to the church square where you can find everything you need! It's also a stone's throw to the beach. Bathroom had fresh towels, great! Unfortunately, the light on the bathroom mirror does not work completely. Light conditions in the bathroom are fine as there is no window. I would book the accommodation again anytime! A nice, clean and bright place to stay with a small terrace. Perfect for a short trip with relaxation. I thank the host and wish all other guests an equally great experience and vacation at Falko.

The apartment is a dream,we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The whole ambience and the lovingly decorated and well-equipped apartment made our girls weekend unforgettable. Due to the central location, we were able to explore Rostock on foot,highly recommend an evening city tour .

Optimal accommodation for a stay in Rostock. Everything within walking distance yet quiet. 1A service!

Everything was easy to find. Check-in is easy. The apartment is located in a quiet area. All apartments are super insulated, so little can be heard from the neighboring apartments. Everything you need is available.

Really a gem: very nice hosts, quiet location, tastefully and tastefully decorated. The ideal base to explore Barth and the Darß!

We were able to relax for a week. The house is located directly on the only road in town, but there are rarely vehicles passing by. Otherwise, Ahrensberg is a very quiet tranquil village and a ideal starting point for walks, bike rides, canoe trips. The swimming spot, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, was also tasted almost every morning:-) Lake Drewensee seemed to us to be one of the quieter lakes in the area. We had a great stay! The apartment is perfectly equipped and also highly recommended for a stay in winter. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail and cozy. Especially in the kitchen, there remained nothing to be desired, which is more of a rarity from Airbnb from my experience. We will be happy to come back :)

We arrived very late, Ekbert was waiting for us to hand over the keys. Christine and Ekbert are human and friendly. We felt very comfortable. Super quiet and far out in nature 🌻 We took day trips in different directions (Stralsund, Greifswald and Binz am Darst)

We liked the place, especially the characterful furniture. It was all well equipped, so you could also cook well and comfortably. The apartment was within walking distance of the train station and marketplace, which we particularly liked. The view from the apartment was also very special - in general we felt very comfortable!

My stay at Bossower See in the apartment of Regina and Dieter was wonderful. The apartment was cozy and well equipped, ideal for a relaxing break. Although we didn't have a direct view of the lake, there was a lake access that was almost never used by others. Regina and Dieter were excellent hosts – kind and helpful. They gave great tips for excursions in the area. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to jump directly from the jetty into the clear water. You couldn't walk on the lake shore, but the area still offered many beautiful hiking trails. In addition, the Wi-Fi is now improved and offers great reception in all parts of the apartment. The combination of the idyllic location, the warm hospitality and the good internet connection made the stay unforgettable. Perfect for those who appreciate peace and nature, but also want to stay online.

we stayed with Petra for a weekend in the nice,clean apartment. It all worked out. Several shopping facilities nearby. Good starting point for excursions. Very nice communication with Petra. I recommend the apartment without reservation
