Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dar El Salam

The place is beautiful and we add, and the host was sophisticated by dealing explicitly, the place is openly transporting you to a second world. The morning is based on the sounds of birds. The place is next to a private garden. A beautiful experience. If the place is not reserved, it has been extended for four days, a place where artifacts indicate the Egyptian civilization, and it has public books for me. The place is very classy, and God willing, I will visit again.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

Lovely bright and spacious apartment with a great view onto the Nile from different corners of the apartment but especially the big front balcony. All utensils that are needed are there including dishwasher and a washing machine which was very practical. Everything worked well in the apartment and the overall cleanliness is decent. The location is great as Maadi is relatively green and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby in walking distance. Omar has been very reactive and helpful in all sort of situations, always a friendly manner and the check in/check out is super easy and flexible. It has been a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay again!

A very quiet and well located apartment ideal for families

A beautiful, refined apartment in a great location! Tastefully furnished with a minimalist classic style, and very spacious and bright. Felt very luxurious and comfortable. Mahmoud and the team were very attentive and responsive to every question or request. Very secure and well-maintained building which is a bonus and close to shops, cafes and bookstores. A pleasure overall and well-worth the price.

We were provided with a well-equipped apartment with all the facilities we needed. Mr Ibrahim was very friendly and so helpful in resolving any issues, answering any questions we had, the communication was perfect. With lovely sized room, a nice open reception and a balcony with a great view, there are no complaints to be made. Cleanliness was not an issue as everything was kept tidy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. An extra set of keys were provided upon request and the guard at the front desk was very helpful. The apartment was secure, allowing easy and safe access and leaving any valuables wasn’t an issue. I would like to thank the amazing host Ibrahim for the excellent service provided during our stay.

Our only reason for giving Zacki five stars is because ten stars was not available. This is a beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. A large shopping mall with a food court is only a block away, as is Spinney’s which is one of Egypt’s premier grocery markets. We did not experience the water heater outage that some others have described. We found Ahmed, the co-host to be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests or suggestions.

This is the second time I booked this apartment. Every things were great as we expected . Thank you for mr. Moataz and security guys for their welcoming.

First of all, I want to thank Maged's father very much for everything he did for us.We arrived early on the first day and his father was already waiting for us in front of the house door and got us a car space.The room was tidy and new, the facilities were perfect, his father bought us a lot of snacks, water, and was warm and thoughtful to care about everything we had.The next night we had an unexpected tire of our car, the host father was very concerned about us, asking and helping us with the tires, changing the tires, taking care of us.The last day we were leaving Cairo for Alexandria and the old man reminded us early in the morning to check the tires of the vehicle, water temperature, etc. to make sure it's all right before reassuring.Maged father is a very culturally cared for old man who cares about me at all times like my family, my father.We are very reluctant to leave and wish him a good health and well-being.I would highly recommend this property to all of you kids coming to Cairo!This is the best homestay I've ever stayed in.

A group of my friends and I stayed here, and it was awesome! The doorman is sweet, and we were grateful for the elevator. The actual apartment is HUGE with a beautiful patio and lots of space to lounge. We appreciated the washer and drying rack—works like a charm if you put it out in the patio! Overall one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in.
