Where can I start … from the moment I was in contact with Frederick to the end of my stay, I was in shock from how high his level of service was in our stay. I have been a frequent traveller and stayed in many places but never ever have I experienced a stay as amazing at this. When I stepped into the door of this apartment my breath was taken away with the views of the ocean, the comfort of my home, and the experience of a successful holiday. This l exceeded my expectations already, just to find the generosity he had in place with a fresh fruit basket and snacks for me to enjoy. If there was any concerns he had prompt Action towards them and anything I needed was attended to immediately, even better than anything I have come across with a 5 star boutique hotel service. For anyone out there who is considering this property, don’t look further and click the booking confirmation. You won’t regret it. It was an excellent stay at The Koala Hut. It is charming, well-equipped, and cozy. The view is beautiful, and Ralph was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this place! It’s incredibly cozy, very well equipped, with stunning views that make it feel like a true escape. The neighborhood is calm and residential, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the best surprises was how spacious the place is—much bigger than it appears in the pictures. This was a refreshing change since most places tend to look larger in photos than they actually are. The host deserves a special mention: super friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, I give both the place and the host a solid 10/10. Highly recommended!
