Marieke and Floris were extremely helpful. Marieke responds quickly, is friendly, and provides complete and clear information. The accommodation was neat and completely renovated; in reality it feels even cozier than the photos suggest. The inventory is very complete and everything was carefully finished. The welcome gifts were original and personal, which made us feel immediately welcome. A great experience at a fantastic place to stay – other hosts can learn from this!

We had a great extended weekend at Tanja's house with 8 adults. Since the accommodation is actually only designed for 7 adults and 2 children, Tanja has built a folding bed for us. The house was clean and there was everything you need for everyday life. Tanja had the handover done by a friend. Everything went well. Tanja was a very kind host. Since the entire settlement is a new development, there seem to be not many restaurants or snacks. Shopping is possible in the newly built Jumbo. I highly recommend the place.

Beautiful, small cottage in an idyllic location. The view was very nice, only the many boats that ride through the Ems on beautiful days disturbed the tranquility a little. the equipment of the apartment is impeccable and completely functional. Only the piano, which was indicated as an entertainment option, was not well tuned. This may be completely irrelevant in 9/10 cases, just a pity for us. There were also many spiders (nets) due to nature, which did not bother us any further. The cottage is not quite as remote as the photos may believe - it is located in a holiday home settlement, which was also no problem at all, as it was still quiet and single. As described, there was mixed mobile reception, which I found positive, as it can simply switch off even better (in the truest sense of the word). All in all, a clear recommendation, and we will consider it on further trips.

Four of us (2 adults plus 2 small children) spent a week in Tamara's house. It is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. Plus, there's everything you need. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the many toys and the big trampoline in the garden. The immediate surroundings are great for running or cycling. A really special place with great amenities, which we would 100% recommend. You should be aware that as a guest you have to take over the final cleaning of the entire house (including washing of towels etc. ) yourself.

The location is just beautiful and the house was also very nice. Communication with the hostess was great, we had a nice time!

Everything is as described, the cottage is clean and well-maintained. Equipped with all the essentials . Lots of board games for kids and a PS console. Very nice place to relax and fish, I was able to catch a carp about 10 kg. I recommend

If you would like to take a quiet holiday with a fenced garden with a dog, this Airbnb is really top for you! The garden is very beautiful and for summer there would be many ways to use it. Karina was a great host and immediately on hand if we needed anything or had questions. One or two small things "bothered us", but after a message to Karina, this was also clarified directly again! We felt right at home. The amenities in the house were great and Claudia is super nice! The view is hammer-minded and also the lake access wonderful. Loved it. We will be happy to come back!

If 10 stars were possible, I would have given you. It was incredibly beautiful in the house, we really felt totally comfortable. It was very clean and the location is so fantastic. Nelson was always very easy to reach despite his own vacation and helped with every little thing. The neighborhood is also so friendly and warm, we would love to arrive again in the near future. There is everything you need to have a relaxing and beautiful time. The direct lake with the wild geese was incredibly beautiful and also the jumbo market for shopping is only 5 minutes away. See you soon, sea city!!!

Super uncomplicated key handover. Pleasantly very quiet location, otherwise no vacation home in the cul-de-sac. Grill was optimal and otherwise everything was sufficiently available in the household. Within walking distance, all activities are very quickly reached. Therefore, please come back.

Beautiful and quiet place. The cats are also very friendly and easy going. The view over the water is amazing and the house feels cozy and cozy. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful week at the property in early October. The apartment is totally lovingly furnished and is well equipped. It is located in nature. The walks in the nearby nature reserve were very relaxing. Fantastic are the sunsets on the terrace over the lake :-))

We were at the chalet on New Year's Eve because we were looking for a quiet place. The park and the surroundings were indeed wonderfully quiet on that evening and during the night. The chalet is very cozy and very clean, everything is very neatly maintained, nicely decorated, nice bathroom and kitchen, fine all. The double bed is lovely, the bunk bed is a bit narrow, but that is well indicated in the information, so that was known to us. The wifi sometimes goes out, that was also known, and was no problem for us. The communication with Margriet was always quick and clear. In short, great.

We had a great stay, we needed a last minute rental place and Marten organized everything very quickly! The house was perfect for our family of four. I recommend it 100% !

Lovely, complete and clean house with a lovely garden and beautiful sunsets. We had booked 12 days but that was too long for this area. We cycled a lot but that was a lot of the same at the time: forest - farmhouses - small villages - and lots of corn corn corn fields. Haselünne, Meppen, Lingen are nice places. Sögel is recommended with beautiful castle and the city of Ösnabruck is definitely recommended to go to a day trip to by car (and bicycles with you). Beautiful city
