Exactly as described in the listing. We were not short of anything. Very nice cottage and nicely decorated. We were very lucky with the beautiful weather, so we could also enjoy the garden. But the cottage is also ideal for a rainy day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Martine’s place. The listing was just as described. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Martine was an excellent host. Always responsive and flexible with our arrival time. Would be more than happy to stay again.

Nice place to stay, recommend it!

Beautiful, small cottage in an idyllic location. The view was very nice, only the many boats that ride through the Ems on beautiful days disturbed the tranquility a little. the equipment of the apartment is impeccable and completely functional. Only the piano, which was indicated as an entertainment option, was not well tuned. This may be completely irrelevant in 9/10 cases, just a pity for us. There were also many spiders (nets) due to nature, which did not bother us any further. The cottage is not quite as remote as the photos may believe - it is located in a holiday home settlement, which was also no problem at all, as it was still quiet and single. As described, there was mixed mobile reception, which I found positive, as it can simply switch off even better (in the truest sense of the word). All in all, a clear recommendation, and we will consider it on further trips.

Everything is as described, the cottage is clean and well-maintained. Equipped with all the essentials . Lots of board games for kids and a PS console. Very nice place to relax and fish, I was able to catch a carp about 10 kg. I recommend

Amazing view, nice surroundings extremely nice and helpful host. Light in the living room could be brighter but still a beautiful new modern house with amazing doors and windows. Great bathroom too

Last weekend you can stay in Karina's chalet. It was a good weekend with a stay where everything was present. We felt at home and welcome there. We didn't lack anything.

Not often encountered a rental house that is so clean! The house has all the comforts. A enclosed garden (nice for the dog). But little privacy when the neighbors are also in the garden. Some vegetation against the gate would make it cozier. The house is in a (holiday) park but for children there is not much to do. The restaurant and midget golf was often closed. Maybe open more often in summer season. The blankets are allowed a little thicker in the cold time, especially because we sleep with the window open. The park is located close to the highway, but fortunately that doesn't bother you much. So fine house that is very well taken care of, but we found the location a little less, but that is of course personal.

We had a great stay here! A beautiful bungalow, which was very spacious and clean. The woods are in the back yard. It was wonderful to sit in the hot tub under the stars and trees. The host is super friendly and helpful. Thanks again!! We enjoyed😄

I really enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and exactly as described. I especially liked the kitchen equipment! Also worth a visit in winter for a quiet getaway :)

Beautiful and quiet place. The cats are also very friendly and easy going. The view over the water is amazing and the house feels cozy and cozy. Definitely recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.
