Holiday rentals with beach access in Dana Point

Spectacular. I've stayed in many Airbnb's, this is the first place that was actually supplied with the proper kitchen supplies and amenities. Very spacious for an apartment. Host was responsive and easy to chat to. location is solid and it's not too noisy for being an apartment complex. would rent again if available next year four my groups yearly trip.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautifully restored gem! The property effortlessly combines charming, classic details with all the modern amenities you could want. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful touches throughout. The location was just a quick walk 1.5 blocks from to the beach. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, beach volleyball, and sand bucket. Inside, we had all the comforts we needed, from coffee pods to keep us going in the morning to the convenience of Uber Eats for groceries and essentials. The surrounding area was so walkable, too; we were able to explore a variety of nearby restaurants without needing a car. Street parking was ample too. Thank you!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this charming little spot near Newport Beach. The apartment was just the right size for one or two people and felt perfectly cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the privacy of the space, which allowed me to comfortably work full days from my laptop without interruption. Having access to on-site laundry was a huge convenience, and the other guests around were all very friendly, making the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the BBQ right outside the room—I fired it up and grilled an amazing steak one evening! Every night of my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you again, Leo, for providing such a fantastic home away from home.

Small space with kitchen but you don't stay here for the space. you stay here for what's outside. Ocean view from window or as soon as step outside. My son loved playing in the sand. Was perfect get away for our tiny family from the Eaton fire. Highly recommend if you prioritize beach access at an affordable price.

this place was cozy, peaceful & walking distance from the beach & good restaurants. we booked it last minute evacuating from the la fires and jacqueline responded quickly and was very accommodating!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We loved everything about this place! Perfect description for our family of 5, with 3 grown adult sons needing their space. Super close to where we wanted to be and able to walk to the beautiful beach in Sunset Beach. Helpful neighbor Justin was a great addition! This place was everything we hoped for. It was a beautiful place in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and being able to walk so many places. The host was super proactive, responsive and kind. He really cares about his place and guests and making sure you have a wonderful experience.

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

Rachel’s place was so great! There was 5 of us with pets and it was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun walking the dogs and exploring each day. The location was close to everything and we found some new favorite places. Also she was very flexible with checking in and responded immediately when I wanted to extend our stay!

Brian was a super responsive host (manager), and very helpful to us when dealing with the minor issues we had during our stay. I would say Brian went above and beyond most of the host we've dealt with at other stays. Thank you! The location was very close to the beach and the house is very new/modern, with very nice kitchen and flooring. Overall it was pretty clean, although one of the towels had some spots and found couple small pieces/strands of hair in one of the bed, but I'm typically very picky and overall I'd say it's pretty clean. One thing to note is that this house is a ADU unit to the main house in the front, so it doesn't have much of a yard and somewhat close to the 'front' house. This didn't bother us very much and we would definitely consider staying here again the future.

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Excellent experience! Dalma's place is super clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and in a prime location. Walk to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, or stay in for a cozy dinner and movie by the fireplace. Condo offers lots of natural light during the day -- unlike the new tri-level homes in the area -- and makes good use of space. Dalma's communication and hospitality are top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Dalma!

Sea Breeze was wonderful. Enjoyed every minute there, it was everything we had hoped for and more. We could sit on the couch and look out at the ocean and unwind. You could walk to Carlsbad Village which had restaurants and great shopping and fun, funky stores. We can’t wait to go back.

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.
