Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Dallas Downtown Historic District

I had a conference in Dallas and wanted to find something other than a hotel room. Adrian’s place was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was located in a safe and beautiful area, a short 8 minute Uber drive to downtown.

Amazing location, super close to everything and I loved the place. It was clean and the checkin instructions were very clear and helpful. Thank you.

Austin was very responsive with what ever issues I had. When arriving it was a bit difficult to enter the building the elevator near the unit was out of service but Austin gave me a layout of the property and a well written with clear directions to the other elevator.

Loved staying at Talha's place! The apartment was very clean and spacious for myself and my 4 year old. Tasha also responsded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Awesome stay, great location, awesome amenities beautiful view in the room as well as in the gym while working out. Check in was seamless highly recommend staying here when in Dallas Short uber ride to terry blacks and pecan lodge for great BBQ !

Convenient and walking distance to the convention center, other hotels and restaurants. Uber pick up right out front. Easy check in (there are multiple codes, but you get the hang of it). Very clean apt, everything was as described. Would stay again. Pool and other building amenities were closed, but that’s not the host fault.

Had a great stay here and easily walkable to the Gayborhood and uptown.

Great location! Next to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, nightlife and even public transportation. The space is nice. There is also a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Neighbors were all so friendly and I felt very safe. I’d book again.

It is easy to see why Building Queens get 5 ⭐ reviews. Not to mention free early check-in. I opted for the paid parking in the parking garage with was great as an option. I will definitely refer and book again!!

Had the best stay, excellent host.. made me feel right at home. Made great recommendations on food, respected my privacy when need be and was there for me if I needed anything. Felt like I was visiting family it was that good.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly proactive and responsive throughout my stay. They checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was seamless, and they went above and beyond by offering to send back some items I accidentally left behind. Communication was clear, and they provided a helpful time frame for returning the items. Highly recommend!

This home was even more beautiful in person. The neighborhood is beautiful if you like walking and at night there were Xmas lights everywhere. You are close to everything. The sound proof windows, blockout shades, and luxurious bedding made for fabulous restful sleep. Spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, easy access, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating when our flight was delayed 8 hours!

Super clean and comfortable house! The beds, linens, and towels were all very nice - even the fold out couch was comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen has necessary supplies for cooking. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

I came to Arlington Texas to attend a Women 's conference with a group of 7 adult women and 4 teen girls. So it was 11 of us in the house. We all had somewhere to sleep. The house was clean and more comfortable than the house we stayed in last years conference. On the last day we cooked a full meal like we was at home. We had all the dishes, plates, utensils we needed. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Dieter’s house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Dieter was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely book again. Five stars all around!
