Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dallas County

Staying at Sandra’s on the lake was a magical time. Everyone had a blast! From the large yet cozy home to the beautiful backyard and pool. We can’t wait to come and stay again.

This was a great stay! Comfortable beds, nice dark curtains, and loved having a garage. Kids loved the hot tub and playing chess. Would definitely recommend! Our only complaint is it is near the highway, and so it’s more noisy if that bothers you when sleeping.

The home was exactly as pictured. Very convenient for our group with small kids - water table available for use and the bedrooms are on a separate floor from the living areas so we could enjoy ourselves without waking kids from naps/bedtime. The house is managed by a rental company so response times were a little slower than I prefer but not horrible by any means. We had one issue with wanting a coffee pot instead of a keurig and asked the rental company if there was one on the property we couldn’t find before buying our own for the weekend and they offered 6-7 hours later to drop one off that day! Very kind but we had already purchased one. It was a pleasant stay! Beautiful views

Beautiful, comfortable, large home in a great location on the lake, with a private dock and swim ladder. It’s within a quiet gated community close to the attractions, but far enough away that there is zero traffic noise and no loud parties in the neighborhood. The home has been renovated in several areas, and the new bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and relaxing. Fast wifi, great TV, lots of games and even fishing poles. The kitchen is very well appointed including a massive grill on the kitchen deck, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The living room also has a stunning view of the lake. The host was very kind and attentive. Trista made sure I was settled in well and gave me a great list of nearby amenities including caverns, parks, restaurants and other entertainment. She even checked in on me thru the app during a thunderstorm to make sure I was doing alright.

Sharon was amazing and even checked in day 2 to make sure we were settled in okay. Nice and clean home close to Margaritaville made it an ease to enjoy the resort.

I loved staying here! Check in was easy and quick, the whole place was spotless, and it’s close enough to food places for cheap delivery! I definitely recommend this place if you’re staying In Springfield, would definitely stay again!

I scheduled this space for my nephew and family. It was clean and everything as described. There were extras - like cookies and treats that were a lovely touch. It was a great location in Warsaw - close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything in the cabin was clean and fresh. It contained all the plates, utensils, and glasses that are needed. The refrigerator was new and a very nice size. Bathrooms were very clean. This was a great place to stay and we would come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kelly’s lake house! It was a peaceful escape for the two of us, very quiet, cozy, and just steps from the water. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, with no traffic noise. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed to feel at home. Kelly was super helpful and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This place was perfect! Such an awesome price for the amazing location. It was everything that I had hoped for on my birthday weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay at the Ozarks!!

Wonderful place! A great getaway for our family of four. Our boys loved the playground, ATV and unlimited space to run, throw rocks, find bugs and everything else kids love to do. I loved the reading nooks, wonderfully stocked kitchen and the primary bathroom was a dream. This place is clearly designed, stocked and managed by an incredibly family and type-a mother (in the best way.) Every amenity was thought of, the cleaning list was easy (thank you!), not to mention the incredible beauty of the home. This is a serious Ozark getaway in a HGTV home. Highly recommend!

Me and a friend spontaneously decided to visit the Ozarks. Stacey was an excellent host on such short notice, I will definitely keep her in mind for my next trip to the Ozarks!

Such a lovely place, so peaceful and quiet. The cabin is so cute, and we love chilling while watching the beautiful lake. We would love to come back!

Was a great place to stay! Other air b&bers were pleasent on both sides of us sharing food, drinks and stories by the fire in the evenings! It was great all the way around! Will definitely consider booking again in the future!

The listing was just as listed. The location was quiet and peaceful. The instructions Kerry provide were helpful and we didn't have any issues getting into the cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The coffee station had capacity for a pot or a single cup, which was nice for our sized group. We definitely enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, but weren't able to use the fire pit as it rained most of the weekend. Overall we were very comfortable and loved all the features the cabin offered.

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful, quiet, comfortable, clean & calm. Easy to locate, close to a lot of delicious food places and attractions. Great communication that was clear & positive!! The location provided quiet from everyday hustle & bustle with beautiful views off the deck. The calm of the James River was just a short walk (steps really) from the house and was just as quiet & peaceful as everything else. We will certainly keep this property on our list for when we return to the area!

The place was very clean with cozy couches & a very comfy bed. The inclusion of the washer/dryer was helpful, and the campfire equipment to use as well. Definitely recommend!
