Place was exactly as described. Nice clean and comfortable place to stay when visiting the area.

Lessa and the house were great! She quickly answered any questions we had. We were in town for a concert in the historic district. The house was perfect and accommodated all 5 of us, walking distance to down town, plenty of places to eat, shop and enjoy!

Super clean, and convenient to several boat ramps. We will be back!

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Graces place is perfect for a quiet stay! Her cute farm house is like you’re sitting in your mother’s living room. We spent New Year’s Eve in this house and it was perfect with a few friends the living room is so cozy and the dining room table is perfect for game nights! The only thing I didn’t really like was there was lady bugs all over the house but that’s expected when you’re in the country side! Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed at Jordan's house when we were visiting Mammoth Cave for a couple of days. It was very easy to find, and near gas stations and restaurants. It is a VERY small rural town, so there is not a lot there, but this house is very convenient. The house was very clean, and there was plenty of room to stretch out in the bedrooms and the living space. The yard was very nice as well. Jordan was easy to communicate with and had all the amenities that were described. I would definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 dogs for 2 nights. Very nice area. Jason was very helpful and recommended a few fun things to do. We went to tour the diamond caves, went to the national corvette museum, and ate at a nice Mexican restaurant. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this home! Peggy was a wonderful host and the house was amazing! We loved the Pizza spot across the street and the coffee shop down the road was delicious. We look forward to coming back in the Spring!

This location was perfect for our family visit! Mario couldn’t have been kinder or more hospitable throughout the entire visit. The apartment itself is tastefully modern and very pretty. We all slept peacefully and comfortably. We will absolutely stay at Mario’s anytime we’re in the area!

This was a very last minute trip to support my son at TTU so I didn't have much time to research. This space was so beautiful. The attention to detail for everything from how the towels were folded to how the cabinets were arranged was about the best I've seen in an Airbnb. When the time comes for another visit, I will be back.

I enjoyed my short stay, close proximity to several boat launches and easy to locate. The place was clean and the helpful recommendations for food and etc was a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

This was a very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful place to stay while we were in town visiting family. Dustin was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location! It is right on the heart of shops, ice cream, fresh baked sourdough bread and safe walking. The loft is greatness. It has a considerable I amount of room for it's size. Bedding: Comfortable. Bathrooms: Clean and roomy. Th fact that they allow dogs is the greatest part! I would highly recommend renting this Unit!

Had a great time it was so much nicer to be able to go back to a more homey space rather than a hotel! Tyler was super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had! Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay and booked another for later. The bed was comfy and I felt like I was in a safe area. I had my own parking space. It was very clean inside. I would recommend!

Liz and Wade were great hosts. We arrived late and they greeted us at our car helped carry in our bags and did a once over on everything about the place. The linens were fresh and kitchen and bath was well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. Breakfast was made every morning and was such a nice treat to have from them. Liz made sure to ask what time we wanted to eat and it was ready. Wade got a fire ready for us each night and came out to visit as well to let us know about fishing and the lake. Even though it was in the bottom of their finished home it was very private and we never felt like there was any invasion of our privacy or space. It does seem a bit far away from the main road but having come in the fall we rather enjoyed the scenery while driving to and from. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have more time to go out on their boat with them.

Marshall’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to downtown Cookeville, but far enough out it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and stocked and Marshall was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.

The place was what we expected. Location perfect with the marina less than a half mile down the street! You will need to be mindful that it’s not central air. It cooled all the rooms well, but you have to keep bedroom doors open. We would rent again! The space was all we needed and it was cozy.
