Waterfront holiday rentals in Daepo-dong

It's an accommodation I booked in a hurry on the same day. I loved it so much It was best to be able to be with my dog. You can walk to Cheongchoho Lake on foot. I also walked to Sokcho Jungang Market and went to the mudflat watching. The view was the sea view ^ ^ They were so kind, and communication was quick. There was a convenience store on the first floor, so I was able to buy something like a shower towel that I didn't bring, and it was comfortable. Cost-effective places to stay

We only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely lovely! The place was exactly as described—super clean, cozy, and with a beautiful view. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for a quick getaway. The host was really nice and very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Waking up at 6am every day has never felt this rewarding. The sun slowly rising over the ocean, painting the sky in gold and lavender — I watched it in silence, heart full, coffee in hand. It felt like time paused for a moment just for me. The balcony… wow. One step outside and you're greeted by the sea, endless and alive. Honestly, it almost brought me to tears some mornings. (But real talk — after a few drinks, maybe admire the view from inside. That railing isn’t your best friend when tipsy.) The location? Spot on. Close to everything but peaceful enough to hear the waves at night — like the ocean wrote a lullaby just for my sleep. It’s rare to find a place this beautiful, this calming, this affordable. Every detail, every breeze, every sunrise — unforgettable. I didn’t just stay here. I felt here.

It's the same place as in the photos. Most importantly, Sokcho Jungang Market and Dongmyeong Port were close enough to walk, so I visited during a time that was very, very cold, but I was able to travel without difficulty. The host responded quickly and communication was smooth.

The place was exactly as described and it was beautiful! We really enjoyed staying here. The parking was so nice too! The amenities and facilities were great and the host was responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again / recommend it to someone else!

Perfect house for a seaside vacation, will go again next time ~

It's my first time staying in a downtown area. You can use the market on foot. The accessibility was very good ~ It was so clean and comfortable ~

The host was kind and took good care of it, so I rested well before heading out!! It's also a place I'd recommend to my acquaintances!

I had a good rest before going.

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

I was worried that there were no photos of the bathroom, but it was spacious and nice! However, the soundproofing part was a little disappointing, but it wasn't a big problem, the atmosphere was good, and there were trails nearby, so you can conveniently walk to the lake! It was a very satisfying accommodation!

I visited with my 28-month-old child, and I was worried because it was my first long trip, but it was easy and easy to check in. There was a Hanaro Mart nearby, so it was good to walk to buy missing items. The accommodation was beautiful and neatly nice with each object. I was very satisfied that it was equipped with more than basic items. (Dryer, washing machine, bath supplies, lots of towels, 👍 basic seasoning charger, etc.) It is the most satisfying place to stay in Korea Next time, I plan to visit with my child again with a long schedule.

It was so cozy and comfortable. I heard the sound of birds while looking at the view of Seoraksan Mountain, so I think I healed well in nature. It is a place where you can feel the host's care throughout the accommodation. I had a good rest!

It was a great place to stay comfortably. Everything is as described and the pictures are accurate. I loved how responsive and helpful the host was.

This is a villa building on the lake side. The neighborhood was very quiet and the lake was right in front, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was warm, and they were quick to help me when I asked for temperature control. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a classic game machine on the living room TV, so I had fun with Tetris and Gallagg for a long time. The towels were full in the bin, so I used them with all my heart. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay of 2 nights and 3 days ^ ^

I caught it because I wanted to go to Sokcho with a Dudol baby, but the location was so nice and clean. The apartment itself was quiet and easy to park!! But if I suggest two things, it would be nice if there were extra bedding, and it would be nice if the big master bedroom curtain was a blackout. It was so bright during the day that it was hard to take a nap. The host was kind and it was nice to stay for two days. ^ ^

The sea was right in front, and there was a convenience store and Daiso nearby, so it was very convenient! The house was nice because it was tidy, and there was a washing machine and a dryer, lots of dishes, and two dryers and two irons. It was really nice. It's a great house for a family of 4-6 :)

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal and a short walk to the beach! Big room!

It was a place I booked in a hurry, but at this price...! It's so tidy and almost on the drug bed lol I had a good accessibility and comfortable rest:) They also support parking fees. I want to use it whenever I come on a trip to Sokcho. Thank you.🥰

Cozy and comfortable, great place. I come to Sokcho Ae often, and it was a great place for me to find a place that wasn't crowded besides the busy beach or Cheongcho Lake. Above all, the location and views are the best! It is a 1-minute walk from the lighthouse beach, a 3-minute walk from the Yeongrang Lake promenade, and it is a perfect location where you can see the sea from the window and hear the sound of the waves. It is the best for those who like Airbnb more than hotels, those who like a quiet and cozy accommodation, and those who like to bruise while looking out the window. The surrounding area feels more like a local residence than tourist attractions, and most amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are within walking distance. The building itself is old, but the house has been remodeled and the interior, bed, bathroom, and kitchen are all neat and pleasant. (The frame in the photo is the point!) The host's sense and care were also felt in the tableware, slippers, plants, books, etc. He also told us about nearby restaurants and cafes in detail and kindly answered our inquiries. This is a place I want to visit again soon!

The place looked really nice, easily accsible to the rest of the city via bus stops or even walking. Would book here again if I had the opportunity to visit Sokcho again

I love to travel, so I've been to a lot of different places around the world. Among them, my friend's house is a place where you can feel comfort, warmth, a wonderful view, items that show careful consideration, and the kindness of the host will be remembered for a long time. I like Sokcho, and I want to stay again next time I travel to Sokcho. I stayed for 3 nights, but it was so nice that I wanted to stay a few more days. Some people said the building was old, but I personally didn't think so! I had a very, very good rest. :)
