Apartment holiday rentals in Da’an District

The place was really clean and the amenities fit the descriptions given! Moon was really helpful in all our queries and so was the driver for our pick-up!Walkable distance to the MRT line which is convenient so was the nearby 7-elevens to get our snacks fix. Heating for the shower was really good as wellA. My family enjoyed our stay there! Would love to stay there again

Around 5-8 min walk from red line mrt, wide range of food just downstairs at night market. Temp of water hard to adjust, either scalding or freezing - finally learnt that had to use rainshower for more consistent temp. Rubbish clearing system not too straightforward ie you have leftover food from might market or perishables, need to take them out elsewhere to subway station to fling or keep them in the house for the entire stay's duration. Extremely audible rain sounds on metal if it rains and traffic noise and may not be suitable for people who require silence to sleep or babies. Quite narrow steep steps from entrance to door which is on 2nd floor - just fyi for people with heavy luggage/strollers/young children/elderly/pregnant. Alley is dark at night as well. Overall decent stay, good host. Thank you

Nice location in Taichung University area.The house is clean and comfortable, there is also a washing machine and a balcony that can be used, and the kitchen facilities are also fully equipped.The windows in the front and back of the house are well ventilated and well-lit.The host was proactive and approachable, and the overall cp was quite high and worth recommending.

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

Great Host, loved the place and safe. Walking distance to great eateries and attractions. The place was able to accommodate our party of four. The lady at the reception downstairs is nice and our trash was picked up upon request. Thank you Mandy, Winnie and Momo.

The address is only a minute or two from the business district, a lot of delicious food nearby. Wego is very responsive, the neat belly is also very good. The house is also very large. Overall, the experience is very good. If many people are traveling, you can be unkind here ~

This location of Hsing's place is superb. Right above Taipei MRT line (Exit 1 of Dongmen Station). You can get everything within walking distance 5-10 min. Because the apartment is located at a busy intersection, you may expect some traffic noise during day time. Other than that, everything is perfect as described.

Naomi is a 5-star host; sweet, understanding, fast in communications. I had an issue with my reservation and she helped to sort it out right away. Recommend staying through her any day.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's apartment. It is in an awesome area and we loved walking around in the neighborhood and looking at all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. The place was clean, felt very safe and comfortable. Annie was very good at communicating with before and during our stay and I would highly recommend her apartment if you want to be in a fun, happening location/neighborhood and work with a great host!

Nice place in a convenient location right in the heart of downtown Taipei and conveniently located on the Blue Line. The apartment was clean and as described. The rooms were a little separated (2 together and 1 across the living room) but they were all spacious and as described. Bathrooms were clean, one with a bathtub (no shower curtain) and the other with a shower. Kitchen was clean and functional.

It is close to the MRT station and easy to go anywhere. There are three separate rooms with a private space. The host was also very friendly and polite, so I felt at ease. Highly recommended.

Located in a busy area with multiple shopping malls nearby. Pretty noisy during day time if you open the window. However, we’re not home most of the day. It’s fine for us. Yoco and Catherine are very responsive and helpful. Thanks for giving us the adapter! It saved us!

The room was not very comfortable, but comfortable.It has it, the environment is quiet, surrounded by plenty of food shops and department stores.

Had a great 5 nights stay. House was clean and spacious. The location is well located near Taipei Main station. Host was very responsive to messages. Will definitely stay at one of the host’s apartment when I’m back to Taiwan!

Spacious apartment with huge window and great view in the living room and a great balcony. Well located close to 2 metro stops on 3 lines and very central in the city. Right across from a bakery that makes the best hujiao bing -- make sure you get them while you're there!

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

Juan was an incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsible host. He provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing spots, always responding promptly to our questions. The internet was super fast, and we had no issues working from home. He even helped me plan a surprise for my husband on our wedding anniversary by finding the perfect cinema that was showing the movie I had in mind. The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, located in a very central area within walking distance of anywhere in the Da'an District. The only downside was that it didn’t get enough natural sunlight, which made it a bit challenging for us to wake up and stay energized. However, this is quite common in Taipei due to its urban structure, and the gray winter weather also played a role. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying at Juan's house if you’re visiting Taipei ^^

although it was a little tricky to get the keys and find the apartment, once you got it, it was easy to navigate to the apartment. the location is amazing. being right above the taipei main station, it was easy to access the mrt, subway and buses to get around the city and to the outskirts for a quick day excursions. also there is a shopping mall right below the apartment so you can go shopping, get groceries and grab something to eat. but if you're a light sleeper I recommend you bring some earplugs as the apartment is right next to a highway and there is no soundproofing within the apartment (if your family or friends are out in the living room you can hear everything from your room). also the bed is very firm. but the water pressure was strong and there was an abundance of hot water. David was an amazing host, he was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again when i re-visit taipei in the future

It’s even better compared to the photo. The location also nice, just a little walk outside the apartment and you can see Taipei 101 already. Such a nice area, it’s peaceful and within few mins walk across the apartment you can see lots of local shops selling food.

It was all perfect. It felt like a New York apartment with amazing views. There was a seperate bedroom for the kids which was so nice to find in the CBD of Taipei. Such a great area for shopping and eating and we took advantage of that!! 😉. It was a nice quiet residential building and for its size we never had to wait for an elevator for more than 5-10 seconds. The only thing we could fault was the toilet seat which was as a bit wobbly and my wife and I both slipped in a couple of times. If the host got the toilet seat fixed we would give 6 stars if we could. ☺️ Value for money - this amazing stay will be hard to beat!!
