Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Good villa and good host. I recommend to this villa to others. and i will come this villa again.

Zung is a great host. she always responded quickly. The place is great. Pretty central location. Loved having filtered water with different temperatures. The beds are on the harder side, which is how my mother prefers it. I prefer softer beds but I was still able to fall asleep without problems.

Our group of 5 loved our stay here! Minh is an incredibly responsive host and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy when we had some issues during our stay. The pool is lovely and the house is located in a nice neighborhood with several convenience marts and coffee shops close by. Two things to note, however: the amenities listed on Airbnb did not match what was actually in the house. There is no lake access, and most importantly no elevator. For our group, we were fine without an elevator, but we were certainly expecting one and it would be an issue for anyone with accessibility concerns. Also, be aware that the house is four floors. The fourth floor is entirely open roof space, with an open stairwell to the third floor. While there are AC units in every room, so temperature isn't a concern, humidity can be and there is also relatively easy access for bugs to get in the house. Again, wasn't a big issue for us but would be in the warmer months.

It's so good. I'll come back next time.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Perfect villa for 6 people, very close to the beach in a quiet location. a few things didn't work and they were fixed immediately. It's about 10 minute taxi to Hoi An. David is a great host and organised everything from motorbike to dentist for us. Breakfasts cooked on request were great. We highly recommend this villa

The villa is gorgeous! It is beautifully designed, is spacious and very relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Amy is a super helpful and gracious host, helping us with meals and some purchases. The only thing other guests need to know is it is quite a bit of a distance from the Old Town requiring Grab rides that cost any where from 50,000 vnd to 100,000 vnd, depending on the time of day or night. Overall, we had a wondeful stay!!

Lavi is the best host ever!

Eight-soon anniversary 12 people in a family of three I made good memories. They responded kindly and quickly. Thank you, host. I would recommend a trip with a group of people Breakfast was also available at a nearby cafe. Massage is also available 2-3 minutes away at more than 12pm. I mistakenly thought that the 24-hour convenience store in front of the gate was a small Korean convenience store haha I want to come to Blue Point again next time.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Excellent home and excellent stay. Very peaceful locality and very near to Hoi An town. All the facilities in the house were well organized. Both Hien and Vu are very hospitable hosts and always available for all assistance and queries. We three had a nice time and look forward to visist and stay again.

Jack was a great host. He messaged us regularly to make sure everything was okay and answered any questions we had. The house was very large with AC in each bedroom and fans to move the cool air around. Many good restaurants were within walking distance.

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. The house was very clean and spacious, and Nhàn was very responsive and proactive in helping us with any issues/ requests we had. We had a very comfortable stay.

We, as a family, spent a week here over Christmas 2024. It was so nice to walk down the street for a massage and great food. a 15min cab ride to Hoi An. it was great to be away from the very busy centre. Quan was a great help and gave us great recommendations for various things.
