Amazing beach house in one of Sao Paulo's most sought after coastal destination. The house features a more rustic deco and a huge garden. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Great space for families, couples and small groups of friends. Located near the Juquehy's main shops and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket (Costa Azul). It is about 700 meters from the beach. Wi-fi and Sky TV. The house is well-maintained and has been much loved by our family for years.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

Our stay was perfect. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The space offers several options to relax and connect to the magnificent nature around. The swimming pool and leisure area offered the perfect place to relax after exploring the beauties of the Island. The house is beautifully decorated and in great working order, with all the comfort that is expected from a high standard house. Our host, Andrea, couldn't have been more welcoming. Always attentive to our needs, communicating clearly and doing above expected to ensure that our expectations are met. The service provided by the staff of the house, was wonderful and highly recommended. Thay took great care of the house and all our needs, always very helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

The house is very good, cozy and beautiful. The location is also excellent, close to the beach, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. In relation to the service provided, the homemade arrives early to prepare breakfast and do the dishes. However, at the owner's direction, it needs to stay until 1pm, even when there is no need, which may compromise guests' privacy a bit. Also, some requests had to be made repeatedly. When the toilet paper was over, the replacement took a long time, and the soap was not put. On the last day, bed linen was removed at 10am without prior consultation, although our departure was scheduled for 6pm. Another point of attention was an unpleasant odor left in the kitchen due to lack of cleaning due to meat storage. Finally, small actions, such as cleaning the pool table and collecting the towels, could have been done more proactively within service hours.

Extremely attentive and supportive hosts. We stayed during the Carnival period and the house has an excellent cost benefit. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and worked very well. Excellent swimming pool and indoor and outdoor area have the necessary utensils for a good stay. It is true that the house looks old and that they obviously have points that deserve improvement but nothing that hindered our stay.
