An apartment is in the old building on the main street,. The apartment itself is big, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and very comfy beds. It can be a bit noisy but closing windows, keeps the noise out. It is 10 minutes walk from the old city , 10 minutes from big supermarket and close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is possible to park in the backyard . The apartment is full of small things that usually amiss like , for example sewing kit. Andreas was really nice and welcoming - met us one n the middle of the night and let is stay till late on the evening.

Lovely apartment, clean (which is important to me). Elena is a manager of the apartment, very attentive, answered all questions, even not related to the accommodation, and generally consulted on the main aspects of life in Limassol. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, I highly recommend Vietnamese restik on the way to Dasoudi beach. There are shops near the location and in general everything was great. If I return to Cyprus, I will not have to look for a place to stay, I will choose this option 100%. I wish you good and conscientious tourists!

Very peaceful and clean. Area felt very safe. Everything worked. Pool open 9am to 6pm. Host very responsive and friendly. Good AC and fans. Large balcony.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. They give clear instructions on finding them, it's sign posted clearly too. The house and pool area were bigger than expected from the photos, super clean, really comfortable and we were able to relax completely. Tony & Tracy have an entrance to their property from the same courtyard but you'll only see them when you need them. Very helpful, lovely couple. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or Tony also offers breakfast and dinner options. There were comfy areas to sit inside and outside, in shade or sun, and the pool, hot tub and sauna made our break really special. Thank you!!!

Daniel sent us the location hours before check-in with an illustrative video. We checked in earlier than indicated, had no problem with that. I wrote to her by message consulting for the hot water and answered me immediately, it was easy to use. The place was very clean, smelled good, everything was impeccable. We went by recommendation to the Kapparis area and the location is excellent. There are many places to eat and have a drink. It's a very nice area, I recommend 100%.

Antoine unfortunately wasn’t well when we arrived, but he was still very responsive to any of our messages, and even messaging us to make sure everything was ok. As he was ill, his mum took over face to face duties, letting us in, explaining how everything worked and giving us a ton of information on things to do and go and see. The apartment is in the heart of Cypriot life which is what we like, and an easy walk to the beach front, plenty of restaurants and tavernas. A great spot. We wish Antoine and his family all the best, and a big thank you for hosting us so brilliantly.

What an amazing place ! We spent 4 nights there for the new year and we were so sad to leave. I would have stayed there forever. The view is incredible from the terrace and from the jacuzzi. The bedroom is amazing with the view when you wake up. The apartment had everything you need and can think of : towels, iron, hairdryer, big tv, dishwasher... It was really perfect. Moreover, Sevinos is a very thoughtful host with fruits and a bottle of wine when we arrived and he made us try traditional food for the New Year. We had such a great time and recommend the place 100%.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

Really nice and quiet place. Owners are nice people and we felt really good there. Place is warm thanks to central heating and it provides all you need to have nice and relaxing time. It's pet friendly so we could have our dog with us and having nice walking in surroundings hills and village. We would like to come again for sure.

We stayed at Christiana’s place for over a month and had a great time! The house is spacious and well-equipped with useful amenities. The surroundings are stunning – a large swimming pool in the back and a terrace one level down for bbq-ing, a large orchard as backyard, and a fantastic view over the Arakapas valley. Christiana and her husband were very helpful and responsive (including good tips for the local tavernas) and are very nice people. Would definitely book this again!

Our stay was wonderful. Lovely treats and gifts on arrival, a gift for my 4 year old which went down very well, there was milk, tea, coffee some fruit and basically everything you need to start your stay. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, everything is in its right place and well maintained, perfectly safe for my little one to explore. Just steps away from the beautiful quiet beach, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Stavros is an amazing host, I cannot commend him enough, extremely generous even dropping off some midweek treats and another gift for my son, his communication is fantastic, quick and easy! I highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back Thank you for a lovely stay

Christina was an incredibly kind and helpful host, even helping us find a great nursery for our 3 year old. We were there 3 whole months and felt at peace and right at home the second we set foot on the property which itself is beautiful. It’s exactly what you see in the photos and we loved every bit of our stay there and would love to come back. Christina gave us great local recommendations, was always quick to respond if we needed anything and was the perfect host. I can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks for everything!

The cleanliness of the house and the authentic aura were very nice. The host was quick to respond to our questions and was understanding. Although the air conditioners were insufficient to heat, they were compensated by an electric stove.

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

I spent a week in this apartment in Paphos and was very pleased with my stay. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing. Although it’s not located right in the center, it’s easy to get around, and the area is surprisingly quiet despite nearby busy streets. The host is very communicative and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The peace and comfort this apartment offers are definitely worth 5 stars. Highly recommended!

I received very quick feedback from Ms. Melis for all my questions through both call and text. The location of the house was great, we had occasional power outages, but unfortunately this is a problem with Cyprus. Other than that, we had no issues with cleanliness. In shortcomings, we only had problems with house slippers and hair dryer

The place is nice, clean and cozy. Just maybe the apartment style is a little bit old fashioned. Chris is great! and very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was excellent for us personally.

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
