Beach house holiday rentals in Cyprus

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

Lovely maisonette, near the sea and restaurants. Great balcony with direct sun. Eleftheria was very helpful, suggesting places to go and helping with booking a taxi from the airport and back. Kitchen was well equipped , better than most Airbnb accommodations. I would definitely be back.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Had a great 10 days at the apartment. We hired a car for the duration and visited lots of places in the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Sonnys Restaurant 10 mins west. Also The House restaurant 15mins NW. the local supermarket had most things you need and there's a Lidl 5 mins drive away. The local pizza restaurant was ok as was the restaurant next door. Coral bay up the coast is a good beach and good restaurants and the sea caves beach was fantastic up the coast. The sunset views from the apartment on the upper balcony were beautiful. Like home from home, highly recommend Stephan & Francois' apt. Our only complaint is that the double bed was too hard!

Perfect Villa for our extended family in a great location. Pool was a godsend and host was always on hand for any questions. Will be back soon.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. A little slice of heaven! The accommodation is well equipped, clean and the location is just perfect. Waking up to the sea on your doorstep every morning was just incredible! Walking distance to all restaurants and marina. Slight issue with the shower though as towards the end of the week, needed constant boosting to get it to heat the water. Would defiantly stay again!

We felt at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was top notch, check-in was easy and the location for excursions was great. If we came to Cyprus again, we would definitely want to stay here again.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Villa Kristin is in a quiet side street location. Only a 5 minute stroll from the strip and 10 minutes from the beach, with views of the sea in the distance from the upstairs balconies. The villa itself is very well equipped, with evidence of the recent refurbishment and overall generally clean. We would recommend if you are arriving late and in the dark, you request details on where the power/timer switches are for the air conditioning. If you haven’t come across them before, it can be very frustrating when hot and tired. The lounge has a large TV with access to internet services such as Netflix and YouTube, but no in-built TV stations, so remember your logins if you want to watch any telly. Outside the garden and patio is large, with various seating areas and a good degree of privacy. There is also a large built in BBQ. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Kristin and would hope to visit again in the future.

This place is a 10/10! Very responsive host who allowed us to check out 3 hours later. Very clean and very well located accommodation with swimming pool cleaned 2 times a week, beach, activated and restaurants right next door (10min drive from Ayia Napa). Hopefully, we'll be back next year!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Bambos in Limassol. The villa was absolutely amazing—spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything while still feeling private and serene. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable, always attentive and helpful. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Cyprus. Truly a 5-star experience!

Very nice and comfortable villa. We were there in the off season and it was very private and quiet. Close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. during high season. Away from the crowded tourist areas but close enough to be convenient. In winter, many places are closed. We still managed to have a great time. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Everything was great! Location right on the beach, 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Everything's tidy. We'd love to come back!

When you visit Amit, you can hear the sea rustling for 24 hours. You can really see the sea from the bed and the stars at night. Pomos is located in a quiet part of Cyprus and it takes an abundant hour by car to get there. It's clearly a location for individual travelers. The beach below the house is a stone beach. You can still swim there. A good sandy beach is a 20-minute walk away (car 5 min). We felt incredibly comfortable and were super well looked after as guests by Amit. Only night part: one of the three beds (3 bedrooms) creaks when you move. And the water pump on the roof starts every time you go to the toilet or wash your hands or shower. This noise can be heard quite clearly in the two upper bedrooms. Still, we felt incredibly comfortable...

An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus
