Great place, well located, just across Royatonic. The accommodation combines the charm of the old with some recent furniture, it has character. Despite the lack of dedicated parking space, we had no trouble parking for free nearby. There is everything you need in the space, whether for cooking or for laundry. Only downside to note (but of which we were aware): the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, and the floor is quite noisy. Very good communication from Christelle, whether before our arrival, or to organize our departure. We recommend.

Excellent accommodation in Clermont. A stone's throw from Place de Jaude without the noise of the parties at night.

Spacious, charming, well-appointed and equipped accommodation ( very good bedding 160), quiet and close to the city center. Its location on the lower ground floor of a large house located on the slope, does indeed keep a pleasant coolness in the summer. I recommend it. Thanks Sandra.

The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. Marie and José are very friendly. Each room has very good bedding and the duvets are very hot. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and we did not miss anything. The place is very peaceful and the view is superb. Close to several walks without necessarily taking the car. Ideally located to discover Thiers (the cutlery museum with a demonstration is worth a visit) , Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand! We highly recommend José and Marie's place and thank them for their availability both at check-in and checkout!

Staying for a few days for my exams in Clermont-Ferrand, the apartment was very comfortable and warm and I quickly felt at home there, plus the view from the balcony is amazing. Cristina is friendly and very accommodating, thanks to her I was able to do my exams serenely and I thank her for it. I recommend it!

The house has everything you could expect from practical and functional!Also it is located very close to Vichy,and it is close to all commerce. Clean and well kept house. Very warm welcome by Benoît's mom. The host is flexible on schedules, which is very convenient. No surprises, the accommodation and the amenities offered matched the description. Room and bathroom impeccably clean, well heated. The place is shared, but Benoît is a very discreet host who preserves the tranquility of his guests.

Muriel and Ali are great, very responsive, we were a very large group of 25, and everyone had a place to sleep. We were able to have a large table in the garden for a barbecue. Anyway, if we go back to Vichy next year, we know where to sleep.
