The location is very very quiet. The host is very friendly.

the 9-day estuary and everything rolled perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. We were left an excellent breakfast to begin with, as we arrived at the hour and dawn with the suoer closed, which is an important detail to highlight and value. O apé is something dark, the breadth of the kitchen is of the rooms contrasts a little with the living room that is small. is the only thing I would doubt about coming back...the rest of it all wonderful!.

The space is outstanding! The location is strategic and very convenient, making it easy to access everything we needed. The apartment is complete, well-equipped and comfortable, meeting all our needs during the stay. We had an unforeseen event during the trip and were extremely grateful for the readiness and attention of the team. They were incredibly helpful, understanding and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently. All exactly like in the pictures. Clean apartment, with large accommodations and everything you need to spend several days. Décor clean, with almost no object loose, which is perfect for those who have children and do not want to worry, but ends up making the apartment a little less cozy, although extremely functional. The air-conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room functioning perfectly, necessary for the summer months. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very good location. Just minutes walking from the main streets of the region, including Av. Paulista. Very nice acoustic insulation. A spectacular view of an art piece from Kobra.

I was extremely pleased with my stay on this Airbnb! The location is perfect, right in the heart of São Paulo, at Rua Frei Caneca. It is close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops and transportation. The home was welcoming, clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The host was very attentive and helpful, always available to help with whatever was needed. I strongly recommend this location to those who want a convenient and comfortable stay in São Paulo. Cozy place, clean, a great value for money!

Rafael's apartment is very nice!! Best of all is the upstairs that has the Jacuzzi, barbecue and everything we need regarding the kitchen! Many restaurants nearby and many very good options in ifood too! I had a mishap with the general key and Rafael did his best to help me! I highly recommend it!!

My stay was excellent, the apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, everything was very clean, Fernanda was extremely attentive, showed us the whole building, giving essential tips. The bed is very comfortable, the shower excellent, great cuisine, in short, I recommend it and for sure I will be staying again.
