Simply the best beach apartment for vacation. Completely clean, tidy, equipped and extremely smelling apartment, something that surprises, given that the stay is never perfect, but this apartment was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience The apartment was extremely cozy, with side view of the sea. Despite being on the third floor, the suite to sleep hearing the noise of the waves. Located in the sandy condominium, very organized, with a supermarket next door, to make it easier. The pool is the icing of the cake: infinity, facing the sea and heated. The host was exceptional, always available to answer questions and assist in any case. Your service made all the difference. I recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable stay to relax.

The apartment at Martim de Sá beach exceeded all expectations! Very comfortable, organized and impeccable in every detail. The reception was exceptional, with the host Marissa always attentive and ready to respond quickly to any questions or needs. The experience was amazing, and we're already thinking about coming back. Wonderful experience. We went to family, me, my wife and their adult daughters. In addition to a privileged location, the bungalow has everything you need to feel at home. The condominium has a great structure, pasted in the native forest and in 03 minutes you will have your foot in the sand. Elaine was very friendly and attentive from the start and we will certainly come back more often. Super recommended!!

Hey Marcia! The condominium is very nice, very safe. The infinity pool and wet bar make all the difference, and we end up not having time for the beach. The polite staff, and in the wet bar, too, are very attentive. The apartment has the well-equipped kitchen. Everything clean and organized. Márcia, you are very delicate with welcome gift, we very much like the basket prepared with affection. We appreciate all assistance with the power outage spikes. We'll come back to enjoy more!

The atmosphere is exactly like the photos ! Hotel room facing the sea, with swimming pool, maid and very comfortable. Bed linens were clean and new. Lilian responded on the spot and it was a lot of requests. I 100% recommended

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with family, I have a baby of 5 months, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all the needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We made a barbecue, went to the gym, it was amazing. With regard to the apartment, it is large and very airy, it does not have many insects (it was a concern my north coast we know that it has many animals), but I did not even have to pass repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missed are adjustments in the bathroom sockets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I could not dry my hair or make a flat plate because the sockets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and resolves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Very cozy place for what fits in the photos... Lucão was very flexible with the schedules . Just a small detail that 3 remote controls were without stack, but otherwise perfect td. an important detail is that the 3 grills in the condominium let it be desired, all the grills were dirty ,and there was no cutlery, plate, fork and knife to make available in the condominium. so there is a tip for those who want to barbecue on site, take the materials.... The house is amazing, very well maintained, clean and private. The new bedding, good beds and the well-equipped barbecue space. The heated pool is a bonus, it is difficult to decide whether to stay there or go to the beach. The condominium staff are very kind and helpful. The access to the beach is easy, a path full of trees and plenty of shade, very nice. The “canoe” waiting for us to cross the small river is a fun part. It is easy to go up and down, quickie and the very polite and smiling employee. It was a plus for kids and for us adults. ☺️ Wlamir, from the beginning of the rental showed helpful and attentive. Village helped us with what we need and gave us hint about the location. Super we indicate the house, the beach, the condominium!
