Happy stay at condominium 7th Avenue. The apto corresponded with the description and photos. Apto, linen and clean towels. For children has a block and a playroom in the condominium. The playground was a bit devoid of toys, but there is the mall station one block away and there are several playgrounds for children: one free and other paid. The condominium's supermarket, Market4u, had difficulty access and had trouble buying. But it has a "Festival" supermarket with quality products one and a half blocks away. It also has a nearby Pharmacy. Good location. I needed flexibility at Check-out, because of a hospitalized family member and Davi was helpful.

The location was excellent! Close to everything and next to the 24h street. The apartment was cozy and clean. Dulcinéa was very kind and authorized our entry just before the check-in time and our exit a little later too. This flexibility was a hand on the wheel! The only village in the accommodation was the well clogged bathroom sink and the bathroom ceiling had an infiltration of the apt from above. I think these points can be solved easily. So I gave 5 stars for lodging!! Curitiba conquered our heart! What a beautiful city!! ❤️

Claudia, Paulo and their son Leonardo were some of the best hosts I've ever met, very attentive, caring and proactive, even your Paulo saved me with a problem that went into my suitcase. The space is super-scented and clean, I found everything I needed, the stay was very good. For people who can only sleep in the dark total I stop taking an eye slap, even with the curtains closed the light passes a little, which for me does not goi inconvenience. Uber is also very easy to get, as well as nearby bakery and supermarket.

The place of the accommodation is in a very quiet neighborhood, as well as nearby markets, pharmacies and restaurants, which makes it a great location. Magnum Host was super attentive to us. I recommend it to those looking for a great and quiet stay!
