Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cumberland River

The house was so cute and cozy, perfect for the Valentine's getaway my partner and I were looking for! Can't wait to come back and stay longer, I need at least another day in the hot tub!

Really beautiful and peaceful space the hot tub is really nice and spacious surroundings and also private! Everything I needed was at the house for use and was peaceful and safe

Kim was very kind and place description was spot on. We loved the adventurous walk down to the river. Three king beds definitely came in handy as we had three couples in our party. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in with my family. The house was adorable. Lots of spaces to hang with my family. My daughters LOVED the movie room that had curtains they could close and pretend they were in a real movie theater. We also loved and utilized the hot tub every day. The backyard was a great size for the girls to run around and play. A couple yard games were provided and sports balls to play with. There was also a firepit with lots of firewood available and smore fixings as well. The neighborhood was also very quiet with friendly neighbors. A walking trail was VERY close to the house that we explored often. This house was also very easily located from the airport, downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. i would highly recommend. Lastly, the host was awesome and very kind and responsive throughout our stay.

My husband had a work conference in Nashville, so we decided to make a little trip out of it with the family and our dogs. Kristina and David were wonderful and very responsive. They even had a kennel available for us as ours did not fit in the rental we drove down from NY in. We loved this little Airbnb with the massive hot tub with beautiful views of the hills with the woods. The children and dogs all enjoyed our stay. We also had family not far so we were able to visit Nashville and them in Clarksville. We were extremely grateful for how quickly they checked in when the wind took a tree down on a nearby power line and we were only out of power for a little bit. Overall a wonderful experience and would book with them again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Rick and Candy went over and above all expectations I had for hosts. They were very quick to respond, and you can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable. From the sign outside welcoming us (and wishing my husband a happy birthday!) to all of the extras inside, we felt that they really wanted us to be there. They even stacked firewood and kindling in their outside fireplace so we could easily start a fire! It was a great fire! They aren't in this business just for the money, but because they truly care about their guests having an amazing experience. I am so glad that we were able to book this home at the last minute. We had never been to Nashville before, but they were so welcoming that I know we will be back. I can't wait to stay in their home again!

Nicely remodeled older home. The hosts have clearly taken a lot of care in meeting guests needs. There were toys, books, and a pack n play for the kids. They left smore supplies and everything was very clean. The walls are quite thin, which could be a plus or a minus when traveling with small kids (wasn't great for us). The hot tub was lovely. The deck would have been fantastic at another time of year (but it was pretty in the snow!).

Great stay, as described. Private and quiet (except for the construction truck somewhere that you could here beeping each morning).

Loved our stay and will make this our go-to place to stay when visiting family in KY.

We secured a last minute steal for a weekend stay at this beautiful lake house and it was perfect for a quiet trip away. The house and lake views are stunning and really set us up for a relaxing few days. We will definitely be back!

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

The best part about this was at the host were very responsive on all inquiries. The house was beautiful and just perfect for our large group to each have their own bathroom and bedroom lots of room and activities for the kids such as the indoor pool and the arcade games! Overall great experience! We did need the hot tub cleaned during our stay because they don’t use chemicals so they had to drain the hot tub and fill it back up, but luckily it was heated very quickly same day. Again, very responsive and overall very happy and will come back again.

Had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The aesthetic of the space was absolutely adorable—every detail felt so well thought out and welcoming. The host clearly put a lot of care into creating a cozy and inviting environment, and it really showed. The hot tub was the perfect touch! It was clean, easy to use, and exactly my idea of a relaxing weekend. The bedding was another highlight—so comfortable and fresh that it felt like sleeping in a luxury hotel. Everything was spotless, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, this was one of the most thoughtful and charming stays I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be back in the future! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time stay at Fancy Pants!! We come to Townsend all the time and never knew such a wonderful home was there. Amazing view, the sound of the river just outside the door left us feeling relaxed after our daily adventures. Parker and Oz were such gracious host. Will definitely be coming back.

Quick stop over for the night while passing thru. Everything just as described. Clean, relaxing Would definitely stay again.

Great stay and great location. Close enough to everything whether in pigeon forge or in gatlinburg. Hot tub and jacuzzi were icing on the cake . Very responsive and friendly.

Artem was awesome! I had one, tiny issue not worth mentioning and he was so responsive. This cabin may not boast game rooms, and movie theaters, but for the price, it is a STEAL. Very cozy, well laid out for a family and spacious! Hot tub, nice back deck, and more. For a crew that is looking to be active, this is the perfect drop spot. Beds were great, fireplaces were warm, and overall we will be back!

Booked for a quick weekend getaway. Clean cabin, the road to get there was a little nerve wrecking, but overall the place was great. Def would book again.

The most breath taking life changing environment&experience. Not only was this an extremely needed trip/ journey for us but it was destiny! I instantly felt at home! It was peaceful, it was clean it was quiet and just a joy to be apart of. We stayed Thursday-Saturday. The view? Phenomenal, at first I was terrified; being from New Orleans the thought of being on anything higher than the Greater New Orleans Bridge is an amusement park to natives lol… but driving on top of a mountain; sleeping, singing and photographing a view of this magnitude is indescribable. The lighting in the living room from the rays of the sun that cascade over the mountains you can see miles away…. The clouds meet you at the kitchen table! The jacuzzi was ready when wet got there; it was 37 degrees our first day: a retreat is my best description! Simple instructions, very informative host, good food in the area. Lyft, DoorDash, food delivery friendly. If you’re in need of a plethora of peace you’ve found it.

This place was fantastic! It was so nice and peaceful. A great getaway from the business of life. Its great to be out in nature and being able to hear the wildlife. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
