This was one of the BEST places we’ve ever stayed in. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it—we celebrated Christmas there and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, the dining room, the living rooms, the playroom, the patio, and every single space in the house was spotless. We cannot say enough how awesome our stay was—thanks to Paulette for being an awesome and very responsive host.

The stay at Rocio's Airbnb was everything we could have hoped for. GREAT Host, perfect centralized location in Cuenca but private and secure and surprisingly quiet. Very walkable location but parking was available if we had a car. The house has an elegant Ecuadorian charm. It's an older property but it is well maintained, has tons of CHARM and has all the amenities you need. Rocio makes you feel like you are family. We would gladly stay here again!!

Excellent accommodation, cozy and quite

Excellent place very cozy and well located close to restaurants of varied food, pharmacies and everything you might need. The kitchen, its decor, and the view is a movie. Out there maybe some cold at night, but the heater they include and the extra blankets a 1000. I recommend it!

Excellent Host! Great House

Salvador was a very responsive, helpful host. His place was even better than in the pictures. It was very clean and had a great view. The large windows created a very open space. A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We could walk everywhere and taxis were abundant.

The apartment is very comfortable, with a good distribution of spaces and has all the inputs for a short or long stay. It is located in a very quiet area facing the river, about 15 minutes from the historic center by car. We had a very pleasant experience, good treatment and attention. We recommend this space for large groups.

Have stayed here more than once now and would definitely recommend again! One of my favorite Airbnbs to date. Clean, modern , quiet, spacious two-level apartment in a great location near Parque de la Madre, several restaurants and coffee shops, and about a 15 minute walk to downtown and less than 10 minute walk to the Supermaxi grocery store. This is a beautiful apartment with both the river and a park across the street. The apt is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and Guido is as responsive as you can ever ask for. Any time we have had to ask for help he responds almost immediately. The apartment is in a very safe location and the building itself is a beautiful design and is very secure. We have stayed here multiple times and would not hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious with all the amenities. The neighborhood is calm and quiet with few restaurants around. The downtown area, El Centro, is not too far by taxi but quite a distance if you want to walk. Cuenca is a very nice walkable city if you live walking. Daniela, the manager was helpful in answering all questions.

very good service from the hosts, beautiful place, impeccable apartment, very good place but attention from the security guard of the building. I don't recommend having much contact with them. It is preferable to go in the car and go up the parking lot elevator. thank you very much for everything
