We loved our stay. It was in a central location for the activities that we were trying to do. The deck was a really relaxing spot to unwind at the end of the day. Thanks Ricardo & Laura!

Jose was a great host. He made our time in Puerto Rico amazing! My wife's family lives on the island and it was nice to have such a great residence to come back to after long days at the beach and traveling. The unit is great for just a couple or a small family looking for comfort and or relaxed vibes. Thanks again Jose for your beautiful home and your accommodations.

Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

Excellent place , you can breathe peace a super quiet and private place as we looked for . Everything is super clean and organized , the pool is super clean and spectacular. Everything is super friendly and as in the photos , just bring your food and you're done. I would definitely recommend it and will be back. Miriam was super attentive and was super quick to respond. 💯

5 years and we won’t stop until we permanently relocate to Cubuy. Samuel and his family are kind and friendly. They are a pleasure to talk to but also give all the space. The house is naturally cool because of its location but there’s always a sunbeam to lay and read in. The rain is a treat. As a mom traveling with 3 kids (one has become an adult since we began staying here), I feel safe and secure on this piece of the island.

Absolutely stunning location and home! A spectacular view, lively yard and patio/pool area. The inside was warm, welcoming, excellent air conditioning and fans to be very comfortable. Hated to leave!! We would come again and stay here!

I booked this gorgeous mountain top villa to host a birthday weekend for myself and 13 friends. I was blown away by the view alone. The drive up the mountain was a little tense but absolutely worth it. I would recommend food shopping before you go up as the mountain mercados were very limited. Ryan and Andrew even dropped off a brand new air mattress when we found that the one at the house had a hole in it. So helpful and such a lovely life filled property. We had such fun watching the chickens and local dogs visit us each morning.

This home is, indeed, a magical rainforest tree house! When my group of 6 was initially looking for places to stay, we were searching near the beaches and urban areas. I am absolutely thrilled that we found Villa Pitirre instead! This home offers a true escape, breathtaking views, and the grounding and comforting feel of being surrounded by, quite literally, a rainforest. Our group fell in love with a huge eucalyptus tree on property, and we had never seen banana trees so huge and fanned out so beautifully. This home has the space and amenities to host a very large gathering, but also the peace and privacy to very much enjoy a more intimate setting. Getting to San Juan and other areas was easily manageable; we explored the island every day. Ricardo was an awesome host as well, providing numerous helpful resources and replying quickly to questions at all times of the day. Everything was clean and organized inside, bugs etc were of no issue. I highly recommend both the home and host!
