Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cuba

Great place to stay. Beach 20m from the house. Hosts are always available to help. We were treated to a wonderful passion fruit juice. For an additional fee, we are ready to prepare a great breakfast. If we are still in Varadero, we will definitely come back to this house. Thank you.

We stayed with 8 men at Javier Alejandro's apartment (aka Residence Jesus Maria) in the centre of Trinidad for 2 nights. Co-host Leo and his team gave us a very warm welcome with wet towels and a drink. The apartment is very conveniently located with everything you want to see in Trinidad within walking distance. The late night concert at the Casa de la Música is a must go to! The rooms are spacious and clean with good beds. Breakfast is a big treat with freshly baked and tasty sourdough bread, a very nice change after some days with dry white toast. Leo was very helpful with various good tips and his enthusiastic team gave us a good time!

My parents and I were looking for a place near the beach where we could relax, enjoy some calm, and have privacy — and that’s exactly what we found in this house. It is comfortable, very spacious, and everything in the house works perfectly. We loved the beautiful garden and the many different communal spaces to sit, hang out, talk, listen to music, play games, and rest. The best part of our stay? The hosts. Amarilys and Guillermo are exceptional — attentive, respectful of our privacy, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Plus, their cooking is absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommended! We hope to return soon. Thank you so much for making my parents feel at home.

It was a very good house for that price. Having traveled through 5 cities of Cuba in the company of 5 people, these apartments turned out to be the cheapest for us. The house is very spacious, there is a roof terrace with a beautiful view. However, there is something to improve : some beds are uncomfortable, there is a weak water pressure in the room on the upper floor, a small number of sockets that are compatible with type F and C

About a 10 minute walk to the central square/park, the unit is very clean and comfortable. A nationwide power outage that lasted my entire 2 night stay made it somewhat less than perfect, but that is not the host's fault. AC came on for a couple of hours on the last night, and worked well. The breakfast offered for a nominal extra cost was lovely on the upstairs veranda. Hector (Rene) knows a good guide/driver who took me around to show me the sights and in particular some good (one that was outstanding near the fort) restaurants.

This place is amazing. Great location in one of the most beautiful aras in Havana, El Vedado. The ocean view is breathtaking! If you are worried about safety, let me tell you the area is very secure. The apartment is very charming and cozy. It has everything you need, is very spacious, and looks exactly like the pictures. The best part is how responsive the host was. I did the booking late in the afternoon for my parents who went to Havana for a short visit and ended up having to stay overnight last minute. Ana, the host, contacted me right after making the reservation. She was very friendly and told me they would help my elder parents with everything they needed. Her brother Carlos and Mary welcomed my family at the apartment and showed them all the features. I would not hesitate to stay at this place in the future! Thank you, Ana and Pedro!! 😊

Spacious and close to beach. Beautiful garden area. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Warning, it is a noisy area but the hosts do provide ear plugs on the nightstand.

like the other reviewers, I think this place is very lovely inside, great remodel. breakfast mango smoothie was excellent. good restaurant with an extensive menu, and everything on the menu, just down the street. My plane arrived at 1:30 a.m., took an hour to get my luggage, and host picked me up in a taxi with a smile on his face. Just excellent and generous hospitality. Refrigerator full of bottled water, Pepsi, beer, even a bottle of wine; not free of course, but very convenient and appreciated. The only downsides are in the nature of Havana, which is the slow Wi-Fi, and almost daily electricity outages. during my stay they averaged 2-3 hours daily. keep in mind this lovely apartment is on the 9th floor, so if there's no electricity you will be walking up and down the stairs. Which I guess is certainly better than being stuck in the elevator for a few hours.

The apartment is in a very convenient location to visit Havana. it is equipped with everything you need, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Above all, Alba and Zohra were available for any difficulty at any time. Your support was essential to our stay in Havana. I absolutely recommend this apartment. Mariana and Arturo were amazing hosts, helpful with a lot of instructions and flexible with our check-in. All the communication was extremely friendly 😊 The apartment is so beautiful, clean and has all that you might need. It’s placed in Havana centre so it was easy to explore by walking and has great restaurants nearby. We loved the view from the terrace looking directly to Capitolio 🥰 We highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Havana. Thank you for having us ❤️

Marina’s place is extremely good. From an equipped kitchen to an overall great apartment, with a beautiful view, nice surroundings, 1 min from hotel nacional and also restaurants. Easy to move with taxis nearby and close to Habana Vieja too. Loved and recommend it for sure. Extra star for Eloisa who is a lovely person and there for you at anytime as well!

Sadir is a wonderful host, he really goes out of the way to assure his guests have a safe stay and help them enjoy Cuba to utmost. I will definitely come back to stay at this Airbnb when I return to Cuba.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The team that hosts you is fantastic. Carlos and Mary were amazing with stocking the fridge with things like water and cold beers, and we opted for the breakfast each morning, which they came in and prepared while we got ready for our day in Havana. Additionally, the kind offer from Carlos to book us taxis when we needed to go out was really convenient, as the app he uses is like Uber so you have a great price on your fare, the driver knows where you are going, and you have an ETA for your journey, and you pay the driver directly. Having Carlos book these rides for us was very appreciated and the service was very convenient. The patio views are wonderful all day, but sunrise and sunset over the city are gorgeous. We loved the quietness of this apartment, as it’s very high up, so you hear very little street noise. Thank you to the whole team who operates this property. You made our first trip to Havana really amazing.

I have been to Havana four times and this property is, by far, the best in all of Havana. It is hard to describe how much better this property is as compared to others as this is quite simply the best location, the best view, the best hosts, the best layout, the best showers and toilet, the best living room, the best air conditioning, the best security, and for sure the best outdoor patio on the 10th floor overlooking El Morro. Trust me, you will not find anything better. This location is also far superior to any hotel in the area and as an American, staying here fulfills the requirement to "Support the Cuban People" and not stay at government owned hotels. Access is via a keyed elevator to the private 10th floor and the bank vault quality front door is the most secure door I have ever seen. Everything in the property is in brand new perfect condition. The bed are very comfortable and floors are spotless. The hosts are great, and I had daily breakfast and cleaning and it was great.

Cozy place with nice terrace that had everything you could possibly need. If you needed anything, the host fixed this which was very grateful. The host was very concerned that you had a good time and offered a lot of tips about what we could do in our time in the country. The location was very central in old Havana and maybe it was also what allowed it to be loud in the evenings/nights but beyond that, there is nothing negative to say about the location.

Excellent location, surrounded by the key places of Havana. Clean and very comfortable place to stay. Yoandra very warm and goodwill, always responded quickly and in a friendly way.

The decor is very nice in the apartment and it is very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy. WIFI was pretty good and during the day/evening there is always someone in the cafe to help you. I was greeted with a lovely lemonade at check in on the terrace which is a nice place to enjoy a drink outdoors. The staff working are very kind and social. The apartment is on the second floor of a building right on Calle 23 which is a very busy and noisy street in Vedado. The apartment faces the street and has large wooden shutters that allow in fresh air but doesn’t have glass windows so the apartment tends to be noisy most of the day. The bedroom has no windows so ventilation is the AC or a fan.

Everything is very good. The apartment fits the description and photos of the ad, it is in good condition, it is clean and very comfortable and cozy. It's located steps from the beach. It has wide views towards the sea and the beach from the rooftop terrace. Hosts are very friendly and at all times willing to provide help and information.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment and exploring the surrounding area.
