Apartment 104, comfortable and well located, close to the city center. It has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and extra mattress and air conditioning and a 50' smart TV, a bathroom with a double shower, a living room with a TV, Netflix and a sofa, as well as a full kitchen with a microwave, air fryer and utensils. It has a laundry room where it has a washer and dry machine, balcony with chairs and an incredible view of nature, ideal for moments of peace. Towels and extra bedding are included.

The apartment is downstairs from my house, but in a separate space. It is small and has a bathroom that is attached to the suite, but it is very clean and well maintained, excellent for families. Close to supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, beauty salons, health centers and all local businesses.
