Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Top notch, I would definitely go back again! It is across the road from the public beach. They had some karaoke on the weekend but during the week it was quiet. enjoyed our own parking space but So many things were within walking distance we rarely used our car. The grounds and pool were well kept. Did have some difficulty with the hot water but the host was responsive and got it fixed ASAP. They only noticeable difference in the picture is the couch. it's a futon instead but I like that better. 👌 The water pressure is incredible! Great scalp massage setting in the guest bathroom. I was surprised to see not much in the way of spices or oil or anything but this location is probably more long-term and people bring what they want. And you have all of the equipment you would need to cook and we did, often!

Great place! Walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The place is a little older and the water pressure/hot water situation can get a little iffy at times but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We loved all the beach items to use and all the towels available were great!

Juan was amazing! Juan made check in and check out as least stressful as possible with very clear directions and was flexible as well! His chill energy created a very peaceful and comfortable experience staying in his beautiful place in a great location! There was plenty to do within walking distance and he provided wonderful beach gear for a beach just a short walk away! My family and I highly recommend this stay and hope to come back again!

Location is absolutely beautiful beach front. Walk a few steps to hang out on the beach. Never drove anywhere just walked all over town.

Allison was extremely responsive, very helpful with reservations and questions. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, coffee, stores and the main downtown square. We were there to enjoy Thursday night Art Walk, filled with vendors, food, drinks and great music! Beaches in walking distance and short drive to many others. You won’t be disappointed!

Lovely location, we visited a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great area groceries. The beach was well groomed and the waves were not Ricon treacherous. Amazing sunsets.Super secure. Lots of codes to remember. Many rules and regulations in the building.

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

We loved the location. Being able to walk to town or the beach was a huge bonus when traveling with friends that may or may not want to do the same thing as you. Comfortable bedrooms!

Loved this home. Beautiful surroundings, it's truly lovely inside and out. We especially appreciated the screened windows so we could enjoy the fresh air. The pool is an added plus, clean, cool and refreshing.

We felt like we had hit the lottery on this beautiful home. So many ammenties.... the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner has outdoor storage for everything needed for the beach and pool. The outdoor cooking area was great. The veranda on the top floor had a view of the ocean. We walked the beach daily looking for sea glass. The beach was a very short walk from the home. We were close to the bakery and grocery store. The list goes on and on. If we make the trip back to Rincon we will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious place in the hills of Rincon. Three bedrooms and two big bathrooms is a rare find! The king bed had a nice soft topper and the other two beds were quite firm. Air conditioning worked great! The deck overlooking the tops of the trees was a lovely place to step out and enjoy nature. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Great location - just seven minutes from Lala beach and Econo grocery store. The kitchen isn’t super well stocked with pans and utensils, so you may find you need to buy a few things if you plan to do much cooking. Two reclining beach chairs and about six beach towels were available to use. Enjoy Rincon!

Steven’s house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—spacious, beautifully maintained, and just as stunning as the photos. Nestled on a quiet dead-end street, the location struck the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, with everything we needed just a short 8-minute drive away. We had read past reviews mentioning rough road conditions, but it looks like that’s a thing of the past—the road has been freshly paved and is in great shape now. Just take it slow on the final steep decline, and you’re good to go! What truly set this stay apart was how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every little detail added to the comfort, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway or a family trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with plenty of space and charm, this place is great for you.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Chistopher's condo. Christopher was very easy to contact and very helpful.The location was close to the beach and the downtown area.The pool was very enjoyable and the residents of the condo who we met were very friendly'

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the balcony can’t be beat. The sound of the waves crashing was so peaceful and made for a great nights sleep. The place was so cute with lots of extras - including a guitar which we took full advantage of! Even the towels and linens smelled so fresh. The best of both worlds with the private beach and pool. Not really walkable to any restaurants/stores, but just a quick little drive. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Frank!

We had an amazing stay! The place was in a great location, very clean, looked just like the pictures, and made us feel right at home. Anything that we needed was available and there were many nearby places to eat and explore. Look forward to staying again!

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
