I had an excellent stay at this apartment in the heart of Rincón! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. The amenities made beach access super convenient, and everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the town effortless. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Plus, the host was very attentive to all needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Rincón at its best!

We loved our time at Angie’s condo. The beach is very nice, and you can hear the waves crashing at night . The condo is well stocked and very clean. She supplied us with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Nice apartment with plenty of space. The location was nice right by the plaza and the balcony was a nice place to sit at night. Extra's such as beach chairs etc. were a nice addition. The grill was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience but Allison did get it fixed. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Lovely location, we visited a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great area groceries. The beach was well groomed and the waves were not Ricon treacherous. Amazing sunsets.Super secure. Lots of codes to remember. Many rules and regulations in the building.

We loved this tropical penthouse in Rincón! The rooftop dipping pool looks like an infinity pool from some angles—perfect for lounging at sunset. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean and grilled dinner in the outdoor lounge (not enclosed but stayed cozy, even during light rain). Bedroom had a comfy king bed and hidden TV behind mirrored closet; outdoor lounge also had a TV. Kitchen was bright and functional (note: no oven, just stove & microwave). Direct beach access was a bonus—rocky entry but swimmable on calm days, and great surf nearby. Beach gear (chairs, boards, paddleboard, umbrella) was provided. We appreciated guest-donated extras like spices, coffee, and Band-Aids. Things to know: bedroom windows and shades didn’t work well; the host offered quick repair, but we declined to avoid disruption. Would’ve been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze—hopefully next time. Overall, peaceful, welcoming, good directions to locate, and well-situated for the area.

An excellent place to disconnect

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Casa Costa Azul! The house was perfect for our group and you can't beat the location - walking distance to the beach, town and food trucks for coffee and breakfast. The hosts were accommodating and really communicative, making check-in and check-out a very smooth process. We had a great visit and the house, especially the backyard, was a perfect place to hang out and recharge!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

The place was great for my family, and looked exactly as described. Spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave us the comfort we needed. The host has been helpful, responsive and waited for us till late in the evening to handover the house to us and make sure we’re all set. Location is close to Rincon downtown and the lovely beaches. Outside is a bit dark in the night, but the neighborhood is safe. Wi-fi working absolutely fine but can be improved for upstairs. Thank you for hosting us. I would recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Great stay! We had an issue with the dryer and Christian responded promptly! Great area love Rincón and good unit for two couples. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We will be back!

We had an awesome stay. Dolores was very responsive and flexible. We had a great time. The PH was very cleaned, linens, bathrooms, floors, the outdoor area. We really enjoyed the evenings playing games and looking at the ocean. It was very relaxing.

Frank was an amazing host. Very responsive and pictures matched exactly what we got. Walking path right to the beach and amazing restaurants in the nearby area. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks Frank!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
