The apartment was very nice and good location. It was a pleasure to connect with Carla, and she was very responsive. The residence is quiet and close to the beach. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very close to the center and the Atstadt is within walking distance. The view over the port and Nice is wonderful (better than shown in the ad). Despite its location on a traffic road, the apartment is very quiet and the bedroom is out the back. Various nearby parking options. You can leave the car comfortably and easily go by train to Nice or Cannes. Shopping is in walking distance. We enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic views from a generous balcony. The living area is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Sparkling clean. A large and lovely swimming pool with room to sunbathe. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Thanks Serge!

Typically what we expect from an Airbnb, and more. Everything is perfect, from communication with Hakim, to the apartment which is clean, well decorated, well located. Nothing to say. This is the second time we've been there and if Hakim accepts it we'll go back with our eyes closed.

This place is great for both short and long term stays. I highly recommend it without reservation.

We love our stay here. Perfect location. It was close to everything and very convenient. Lots of parking on the street too. The apartment is very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was perfect. Carolina was very kind and helpful. If we came back to Antibes we’d stay here again.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Very nice stay during the Christmas week with this beautiful weather of the French Riviera. Very clean accommodation, located in the beautiful village of Théoule. Host very responsive to messages and caring compared to a check-in at 3pm instead of 5pm. Perfect week as a couple with 2 children, the house is perfect for a week-long vacation. Beautiful walk to do a few minutes from the accommodation to our lady of Africa in Théoule-sur-mer and of course the seaside. The only small negative point but which has nothing to do with the accommodation, the difficulty of walking your dog around the residence without taking the car. We will be back no problem.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Villa Shangrila is a great house! Everything you need is there. The pool is amazing. The bed upstairs is very comfortable (there are 3 bedrooms but we as a couple only used one). All the 3 bedrooms are well equipped. Breakfast at the balcony with the beautiful view over the bay of Cannes is joyful. The Mougins art village with many nice restaurants is just 15 min on foot. If there were hot water after 9pm and sharper cooking knives, our experience here would have been perfect. Nevertheless, we would totally love to come back again :)

Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa for a family holiday. The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool There was plenty of seating for 9 of us. Communication with the host was excellent before and during g our stay, with very quick responses. The property is around 10/15 minutes walk into Grasse where we had lovely meals out. A fantastic stay.

Geographically, great location Indeed, nothing is lacking in serving, Serge really thought of everything A downside for the very poorly placed toilet, no outlet for the hair dryer, a curtain at the bedroom window will avoid being awakened from happiness, and the lemon tree right outside the front door is very inconvenient. Your area is beautiful I still recommend Serge who is attentive

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a place where all of our families could have a happy and comfortable time. It was the perfect place to stay. We'd love to see you again!

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The place was clean and all facilities in order. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I'd like to thank the team once again for having us!

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.

Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.
