Holiday rentals with a pool in Cremia

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

We had an awesome time. The house is beautiful and the view simply stunning. It is very well equipped and the communication with the hosts was very straightforward. It is a few minutes walking from the parking spot to the house, but that didn’t impact our experience.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

Really nice place to stay as a group. Good location, and a nice outdoor area.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the absolute best time! The views are indescribable and way better than the pictures and made our whole trip. The owner Andrea was amazing and helped with everything we asked of him and more! Must stay.

First of all, we were here in early October in changeable weather. We could no longer use the beautiful outdoor area at this time of year. The apartment is very tasteful and high-quality furnished. Everything works. However, it is only bright when all the lamps are turned on. Sitting comfortably inside is a bit difficult, there is a missing armchair, a small table. But that's too bad if you implement the many culinary tips from the hosts for osterias and bars, because then you're always on the road. The car is located in the underground parking. The exit to Via Regina overlooking the lake is a promise for the day. Our hosts are always available via chat and answer any questions immediately.

The lake view is fantastic. Having private parking included is truly a very interesting point in Lugano, as it is very complicated to find free parking lots. Everything went as planned.

Villa is simply fantastic and is super centrally located. Verbania is a very nice area with great restaurants and cafes. We received the villa very clean and the amenities were almost perfect. The communication with Northitaly Villas was very pleasant. They were always available and very helpful. Definitely recommended!

Cinzia is so responsive and kind! She provided us with the best recommendations! We cannot wait to stay again! This is the best location to stay out of the bustle of Como and experience a little of the countryside

Great place for good value. Amazing for families. There is a pizzeria, a beach and great hikes in walking distance. We’ll come again.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The specific host, Gianni, was very hospitable and helpful. He helped us adapt to last-minute changes to travel that were beyond anyone's control. Check-in is hard in a home that is so far up the mountains but he made the process as easy as possible. The home is very nice. The immediate surrounding area is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. If you don't mind a long walk up or down the mountainside or have a car, then this place is great for having an amazing view and being away from the hustle and bustle. If you don't have a car (taxis are not easy to find) then it is a long, arduous trek. But you're rewarded with an amazing, private perspective of Lake Como and exquisite privacy. Staying directly in Varenna can be more convenient but definitely more expensive as well.
