We really enjoyed staying at Tennis Court Cottage. It was lovely and quiet with beautiful views and yet so convenient to walk into Hurstpierpoint. We loved the hot tub which got lovely and hot! It was my birthday weekend and proved to be a perfect location to share time with the family. The log burner made the Cottage nice and cosy. Thank you to Sandra and Simon.

Beautiful cottage. Good centre point to access Worthing, Goring, Littlehampton, Brighton Great communal space! Just be aware parking is on narrow one way street. We never had trouble finding a space but it was tight if you’re not a confident driver

Helena was flexible and great at communicating with kindness when we took a wrong turn and got stuck in mud. The cottage is beautiful and somehow spacious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub. Highly recommend this cottage.

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

A very short but restful, and very needed stay. Will be booking again for a longer stay in the future. Perfect for just getting away from all the stresses of life. Thank you.

Wow !! The house was beautiful, it clearly had the wow factor as soon as we walked in . All the Furnishings, fabrics , bed linen , towels etc were such good quality. The place was immaculate . It Looked exactly like the pictures on the air b n b website. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach . We found the booklet, which Carly had left for us , with all the dog recommendations for pubs, cafes, restaurants etc which was so helpful , plus for dog walks . We stayed for two nights but wished it had been a week or two . The hot tub was amazing!! We went in all three days and it was February! Carly had left us Prosecco and cake complimentary. How lovely , we felt truly spoilt ! Also there were two vases of fresh flowers . The house had a seaside theme and the colours were fabulous. All in all the best stay ever! Plus even though it’s a dog friendly house , there was NO smell of dog. It truly was an idyllic stay. We definitely wish to return.

We had a lovely weekend away. So close to London but it felt like being in the middle of nowhere. We had some lovely walks through the surrounding valleys and villages with our dog who loved his first time getting out into the countryside. The church and setting were really beautiful and the cabin was cosy and cute. All in all a great trip

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

One of my favourite Airbnbs I've stayed in - such a beautiful little home in an incredibly special setting - deep in the forest. Cosy, clean, tasteful and very peaceful. Louise is an amazing host with so many recommendations and very generous with her communication and help while staying. A really fantastic space which I'll look forward to returning to one day.

surrey hills is an amazing area. great for seansoned hikers and also gentle amblers. the cottage felt very rural and quiet and lovely grounds. it was perfect for what i needed, to "get away" from general hubbub of life. the walking is out of this world. and the views from the hills are vast. would love to return to this cottage in full blown spring. would be another lever.

Thoroughly enjoyed our few days away here. Felt very homely. Very generous with the provisions she had left for us. Kept in touch to make sure we were ok. Very friendly Labrador came to say hello. Brilliant base for Ashdown Forest, one of my favourite places. Will definitely be back!

My 14 year old and I had a fantastic time at Romy's place. We went on some fantastic walks. There are two on AllTrails that go right past the property. Romy was super helpful and welcoming. She also gave some good tips on walks and local pubs. We definitely plan to return.

Brilliant cottage! spotless and very cosy. The scone on arrival were lovely - All in all, we had a fantastic time. Joy is very friendly and Wren is adorable!

The cottage was also centrally located so we were able to explore the local towns. The host responded quickly to emails and dealt with them quickly. we will definately be back

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

Excellent accommodation. Warm and very comfortable - although we were too warm on arrival, we were grateful for the heating when the temperature dropped! Excellent facilities. We chose this property as we wanted to attend a couple of events nearby but there is also lots to do - visit Brighton, walk along the coast & National Trust properties. Jane’s directions were very helpful and she ensured we were settled and happy with everything. Thanks for your hospitality - we will return!

We recently stayed at this lovely cottage from December 29th to January 1st, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The cottage was well-maintained, super cosy, and felt like a perfect little escape. Here are some of the highlights: Location The cottage is right on the edge of the South Downs, and waking up to those fantastic views every morning was such a treat. It’s also conveniently close to Newhaven for shopping, with reliable and frequent public transport options. We rented a car for part of our stay, and while parking near the cottage can be a bit tight for larger vehicles (as the listing clearly mentions), it wasn’t a major issue for us. One of the things we loved most was the tranquillity—you could hear nothing at night, which was such a refreshing change. If you’re visiting in winter, don’t forget your boots for those beautiful South Downs walks! Absolutely gorgeous! Very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with pretty much everything that you might need. Having good shower pressure is important to me and I loved the shower! The water pressure was fantastic! Would recommend this rental
