Beachfront holiday rental in Cox Peninsula

This was a fabulous place to stay. I come up for work a few times a year - and this place made it feel like a holiday! Rachel gave great instructions and was excellent at communicating. 5 stars from me and looking forward to my next work trip.

Great place for a group getaway. Right on the water to go for a walk along the cliff, sit by the pool and chat, and perfect to enjoy the sunset.

This place is AMAZING!! I definitely recommend staying here, it’s very private, quiet and not far into town. The views of the beach are spectacular especially if your a keen fisher like me, you can fish right out the front. The only downfall with this cute modular home is the shower it’s very small and awkward to move around in and shower in, but other than that it’s awesome.

Great stay for two couples. Clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Verandah was fantastic, bigger than the pics and lovely to hang out on. Perfect location, can easily walk to Mindil beach and Cullen Bay ……we walked to The Waterfront also. Otherwise it’s less than $10 in an Uber to get to all of your local places. We were lucky enough to be able to check in super early on the day of our arrival too, which was brilliant. Joe was great in communicating and even though we didn’t meet him, we were welcomed with cold beers in the fridge and the use of condiments etc in the pantry. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was beautiful and private, surrounded by trees, lots of birds and a walking distance to the beach. We stayed with our 6 month old baby and the room was spacious and with fans and aircon. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining & the lighting was beautiful, as was the pool. It was simple and enough for a four days remote relaxation in nature. Leigh was a great host and we would stay here again.

Had a great weekend away from Darwin. A big open space up stairs, lovely pool and of course the beautiful beach. We had a few kids and they loved the toys, pool and beach. the kitchen has everything you need and we all said we would go back there. Looking forward to it.

This apartment perfectly suited our Darwin stay over August and September. It had everything we needed, inluding a lovely pool and exceptional views of the marina and sea. It's very conveniently located to most of the local attractions, and a bus stop to anywhere else is only a short walk away. Darryl is a fantastic host who was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we raised - would certainly stay here again.

A wonderfully appointed apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The views are amazing with gorgeous sunsets every night, a great walking track at the doorstep and great food and coffee a stones throw away. The food vans are across the road and you can sit out in the open air and enjoy a variety of cuisines on the foreshore. The apartment is quiet and cool and the pool is great to have a dip in! Lyn and Rob go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for accommodation in a peaceful part of Darwin, with restaurants, cafe, and an ice cream shop just steps away this is it. The views are stunning, with the ocean and lawns on one side and the marina on the other. The villa is so well-equipped, it really felt like a home away from home. The pantry was stocked with everything you could possibly need—and more. There were games, books, streaming platforms on the TVs, pool and ocean gear, picnic supplies, yetis, you name it! The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and relaxing on the balcony to watch the wet season lightning show was a treat. Justine was an incredible host, always quick to respond to my questions before check-in and making sure our stay was unforgettable. We were even greeted with beverages and some of Darwin's finest local chocolates in the fridge, such a lovely surprise. Justine’s villa was absolutely amazing, we really loved our stay and can't wait to book again!

Couldn’t be happier. Talk about perfect timing, the host offered early check-in just as we hit town, no need to store bags. How to start things off on the right footing. My first visit to Darwin, so no idea about anything, picked Double Slice from the location. It was a great choice, walking distance to everything or a short taxi ride. Traveling with a mate, so booked the adjoining apartment, another great decision. The apartment has everything you could need, bathroom, kitchen equipment, laundry and all stocked with enough consumables. Check in and out was super easy. Communication and instructions were timely and clear. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and the interaction with Nat & Tori was so easy. Great hosts and great accommodation in a top location.

I really enjoy staying in the condo. I feel like staying at home. It’s very clean, peaceful and convenient ( close to the pub and market). The neighbor is very friendly. I stayed here for the fifth time. Benjamin is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Louisa's apartment was amazing. It was clean and spacious with well appointed decor. Every little thing was there from shopping bags to clothes airers. It exceeded expectations. There was even cheese, biscuits and strawberries waiting for us in the fridge which was just what we needed on arrival. Louisa was lovely and so easy to get along with. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.
