We had an excellent stay at this accommodation. We were emailed clear instructions on how to get our keys and the only issue we had was trying to find parking near the office along the foreshore to get them as it gets very busy. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed having the extended balcony with sun chairs as it meant we didn't have to search for free sun chairs near the pool (where it was difficult to find a spot to sit). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool at the resort was a amazing and very family friendly. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

If you’re looking for a special place to stay right in the heart of Port Douglas with an array of fabulous restaurants and shops then look no further. This well appointed apartment is perfectly placed to meet all your needs including 4 mile beach which is also within walking distance. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need and has a beautifully quirky tropical feel. Caroline has gone above and beyond to make sure that you want for nothing in this apartment ensuring guests have a special and comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the added addition of extra towels and pool towels was a real bonus. My only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay longer…. One day we will return and we would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Gary and Jo’s place was lovely. It was right in the center of downtown and extremely walkable. They were wonderful hosts and gave us an assortment of local recommendations and even offered to register us for various tours and activities directly through them! They were incredibly friendly and the unit felt like home. It was clean, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Would highly recommend!

This place surpasses all expectations. The attention to detail is exquisite. From the moment you step through the door, you’re transported to an elegant paradise. Every piece is unique, yet together they create a perfect sense of harmony. The daybed stood out as a highlight, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a warm chai while taking in the stunning surroundings. I highly recommend staying in this little slice of paradise. This place is a gem! We were traveling with two sets of grandparents and two kids and everyone LOVED this house. We all really wished we had more time to spend their. Katie was responsive and proactive (messaged to see if we wanted more TP), and she had a helpful book of local recommendations we used. The place was clean and welcoming and had such a cool layout, with each room having its own entrance circling the common outdoor area. Would make a great place to hangout with friends. The pool was warm and all outdoor areas were well shaded / covered for rain. The only challenge was getting to and from town - I'd recommend hiring a car if you're staying here. Other than that, it was perfect, and we would love to come back.

Stayed at the Palm Cove house with my husband and 2 children for the last four days of our holiday in Cairns. The house was beautiful and clean. We had such a wonderful time there. Everything was amazing. The house is even better in person. Would 100% recommend and if we return to Palm Cove we will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

We had a great stay in Sylvia’s beautiful home. Sylvia is a great host and very responsive. The location and home allows for a stress free break in a holiday environment. Just the right distance from the city to disconnect when required. We will stay there again next time we visit.

Great location with everything at Port Douglas within easy walking distance. It’s an older style house, but very comfortable for our group of six, and kept in beautiful condition. Definitely would book again.

What can I say but wow.!! We stayed for a week with four generations. Youngest lived in the pool the whole time and we were all able to spend time together basically living in the outside area. Such an incredible stay, spacious with aircon and the most comfortable day bed to read books on while everyone was spending time together in the covered area around the pool. Four mile beach is stunning and right on the doorstep. Loved walking the beach each day and just marvelling at where we were. Brilliant, brilliant spot and hosts were super onto it. 10/10

The accommodation was perfect for our two families with young children. Single level house with plenty of room for kids to run around and have fun while also letting the parents relax :) Location is great with short walk to the beach or into town. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, with great amenities and plenty of supplies. Pool was especially a big hit with everyone and is a great size for all to enjoy. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Port Douglas for a holiday.

We loved staying here. Plenty of room, with no clutter which is what we like. Garage has a roller door so your car is safe. Beach is close (walking distance). There’s a small shop that does great takeaway food. This accomodation is close to Mossman. We definitely would stay here again.

Palm cove is the perfect location for a holiday. Peter and Satina apartment is the perfect place to stay ground floor access to pool and all amenities. We will return.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

Our arrival went smoothly and Simon was very responsive for all the queries we had. Thankfully he was here to help when we forgot our keys inside the room and locked ourselves out… close access to the beach and restaurant and a 20min drive from Cairns city center

Beautiful place, with everything you need for a great stay, water front, air conditioning, smart TVs, large kitchen, updated set up, lovely master bedroom and ensuite, just a 2 min walk to the beach from its own backyard. Beautiful big pool in the complex. Everything sparkling clean inside and outside. It is the second time we stayed there and we already booked for next year. Thank you Jonny!

We were so happy with this lovely apartment. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the private patio area was well furnished too. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen are had everything you need. The resort is lovely and Heather on reception was wonderful. All in all I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely place. 5 stars!

Great apartment within the Peppers resort, and in a nice quiet section of the resort although a little bit of a walk to the amenities. Thoughtfully appointed and spacious, perfect for our family of 2 adults and a toddler. We enjoyed the resort facilities and the location in Palm Cove. My only feedback would be that the carpark instructions were a little confusing and the underground car park for the building was not clearly signposted for the building corresponding to the apartment number. The host was very responsive when we had a little difficulty finding this on the first day so no issues after that! Great stay, we will be back!
