Enjoy your morning gourmet coffee right next to the lake with a view of the water and boats as they go by. Serene Cottage with nicely equipped kitchen, spacious yard and lovely shade trees in a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The adjoining lot is owned by the county and used to park neighbors boats in the off season which gives even more green space. Restaurants walking distance Football Hall of Fame 15 minutes Cuyahoga Valley National Park 30 minutes N0 Smoking, N0 Parties. Quiet hours 10p-8a We live very near and have wonderful neighbors who keep an eye on the property.

Our lake house on Portage Lakes is perfect for appreciating nature, relaxing, boating, kayaking, fishing, or just spending quality time with family and friends...all year round! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home has a lanai, small deck, and can sleep up to 7 visitors comfortably (with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with a full and twin bed). One air mattress available as well. The close proximity to all the local attractions is most unique to our property.

This furnished, red brick house is located across the street from a golf course in one of North Canton’s most picturesque neighborhoods. Interstate 77 and Belden Village Mall are located 0.5 miles from this home. The Airbnb rental space is the entire second level of this house, with its own private access, which is accessible through the front and rear doors. (See the photos.) The first level of this residence is occupied by one permanent resident who has their own private access.
