The accommodation is about 2-3 km from the old town but it is easily reached everywhere by public transportation. The conditions we found inside the studio were exactly expectations, price-qualified, a great report, the host was extremely friendly and gave us the necessary directions in due time. The parking place was not a problem. Otherwise, the location is quite accessible for visiting any place of interest.

Cozy nice suite for all ages very close to center,clean and nicely aranged u have all the things u need and alsi all the help u have a number to who to call and he can come and help u. it is a perfectnplace with all the stuff u need .

Ionut’s place was absolutely incredible. Extremely comfy and right in the middle of old town Brasov. The view was also really nice. Ionut’s was extremely kind to save us a parking spot since it’s extremely hard to park there and showed us the place. We have absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The host was very friendly, the accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures, very clean and felt like home. I highly recommend it.

Location in the center, perfect. We visited the whole city on foot. Super responsive and very accommodating hosts. 2 large rooms, not the great luxury but everything you need.

We stayed for two nights and felt like home. Great place to work remotely from, big enough for 4 adult, one toddler and a dog. Our two-year-old loved the stairs going down to the kitchen, which kept her entertained. The parking place was a big help and the possibility of charging an EV car was a big bonus (extra cost and check with the host in advance if possible).

After the end of the stay I can say, in all honesty, that I was left with a very pleasant taste. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, arranged, maintained, equipped with everything you need and very pleasant. The terrace that surrounds the whole apartment offers it a big plus. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, especially for those with children, near a playground. Restaurants and shops are a few minutes away from the block. The hosts' kindness was great. We had a better time at home. I recommend Catalin's apartment for everyone and especially for families. If we plan another vacation in the area, we will definitely call Catalin's hospitality again.

The apartment was easy to find and the check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been smoother. It felt like home, very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Elena is very welcoming and her place is perfect to explore Transylvania! It is close to Brasov, Bran, Libearty Bear Sanctuary and other places. The apartment is very cozy and definitely recommend! Elena even left homemade dessert which was delicious.
