The Bunker was perfect for our weekend away. A bedroom each for the 4 of us - that can sometimes, be hard to find. It was comfy and warm. Well equipped kitchen - everything you could think of. Near Drogheda, if you want a town, but also very close to the beautiful coast line.

We had a most enjoyable stay over new years. Although the weather was miserable, the location is fantastic and peaceful. The house was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. John, the owner was friendly and helpful, responding to our few requests perfectly and discreetly. I highly recommend a stay at Streamstown house. Thank you John and family.

We came here for a visit, we found Emer property very nice, every thing is available in her property and it is a very beautiful property. We came for two days but next time definitely we for seven days We enjoy alot Emer's nature is very nice she always stood up for us if we needed anything, and welcomed us nicely. house had all the things that we would need in a house, she has built such a beautiful house that you will not miss any thing and she has done all this keeping in mind each and every thing, so we really enjoyed staying in the property. Lovely gem of a place to stay, and the sauna within is a lovely way to relax. Patrick was very helpful with directions on how to arrive, and despite feeling so very peaceful, it was very easy to locate. I strongly recommend a visit if you are in the area and need accommodation.

A very comfortable unit with a beautiful view of the water from the living room. If you want to get away from everything, this is your place. One tiny, but adorable grocery store & a restaurant with a waiting time of 2 months for a reservation (so plan ahead or forget it as a dining option). Aside from a small harbor, that seemed to be the extent of the town. It was perfect for me but may not be for everyone. Another thing to note is they do not have WiFi and I had to run around the unit to find cell service (the bathroom was best lol).Not to take away from the rental, I loved it, & the listing did not mention WiFi so this error was on me. I just wanted to make sure anyone renting the unit would know in advance that they will not be able to use a portable WiFi generator or hotspot. At least not with Verizon. Another carrier may have better coverage. I loved the home and gave it 5stars so this information should not take away from it. Just important info for planning your trip.

Tranquil stay in the woods. Alison had given us all information we needed and we will be back the next time we are in ireland. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Excellent Location, close to all amenities. Property felt like a home away from home, well stocked with all essentials. Comfortable, Clean and Tidy. Private secure parking. Aly was an excellent host, promt, clear communication. Would highly recommend. We have no hesitation to say again.

David was very responsive when I called for the check-in and asked about the water heating. The cottage was as-described, and the location is beautiful! We loved the rustic charm and the vintage-thrift decor of the cottage. It's probably not for the high-maintenance crowd, but all the important amenities have be updated to a high standard (shower, cooker, fireplace). The only things we would've liked is for the place to be heated a little before arrival, and for more wood/coal to be provided. We stayed during the winter so it was freezing when we arrived, and took a few hours to heat up. We stayed for two nights, and needed to buy more coal on the second day. Sidenote for David: the wifi didn't work for us. But we all had mobile coverage so it didn't matter for us, and we honestly didn't really try to figure it out past plugging the Huawei thing in.
