Really nice warm and clean house. Two of the rooms have double beds so it was comfortable to watch a movie in, despite having no living room. There is great parking space. We felt really safe with the outdoor sensor light. The lakeside is only a few minutes away. Ballinamore is a town approx 15 mins away with 2 supermarkets. This was a great find..

we enjoyed a 3 night stay in this beautiful home, tastefully decorated, excellent location and everything you need for a home away from home. Justina was very proactive and responsive. The surrounding area is stunning, peaceful but convenient to local towns and activities. Our boys enjoyed karting in Carrick on Shannon and Zip It at Lough Key activity centre.

Lovely quiet location short walk to Lough Rynn castle where we attended a wedding.The house was well equipped spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable Chris also left supplies for breakfast as well as little treats. Thank you Chris

Our 1 week stay was MAGIC If you want to experience a real peaceful rural retreat - book this house! It was complete silence with no traffic noise or neighbors. The only sound I heard was from the birds or an occasional moo from a cow. The house has a great layout with 3 well equipped bedrooms and the living room is central. Your front porch overlooks a beautiful peaceful lake with swans. Sometimes it felt surreal. I would recommend for a couple, a few friends or a family. Enjoy!

Absolutely loved staying here. Stayed for nearly 2 weeks after the storm as had no power in mine. The house is in a lovely gated area so could allow dogs to roam the garden and the house is just lovely and cosy and homely. I had a wonderful time relaxing here and Marcus is always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. A gorgeous spot, peaceful, cosy and well equiped. We had a lovely restful weekend. Fire was a real highlight, aswell as the bath and gorgeous kitchen. Thanks for opening up your space to us, we’d love to come back.

We really enjoyed staying in this house . The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 4 of them have separate bathrooms which is so great and private if you share a house with friends or family. Spotless and very peaceful place . I would just add additional fridge in the utility room as the one provided is quite small . Also electric hob in kitchen needs replacement as its not working properly since it's very old . The kitchen itself is fab as it looks like it was redone recently. Overall fantastic place and super responsive & friendly host ! thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful house xx

We had a wonderful stay in Maureen’s house. It was lovely and warm in the house and Maureen even advised us to turn the heating up as cold snap was on the way. The beds were very comfortable and the various sitting rooms would be great for a big family. We brought our dogs and there was plenty of space for them as well. We did a lot of walking the Benbulben forest walk, the Devil’s chimney and the beach at Mullaghmore. We didn’t get to Marble Arch caves but hopefully next time. A great house to cook in with all the basics. The treats Maureen left for us and the dogs were much appreciated after a long drive.

Geraldine was attentive the whole time, with clear and objective communication. The place was spotless, just as described in the listing. The house was cozy, with a fireplace and firewood. We loved our stay and all the attention the host provided. We hope to return in the summer. Thank you Geraldine for everything 😊🩷

Perfect place for a central stay in Carrick on Shannon, no frills but had everything we needed for our stay. We'll be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mia and James' place! They were such lovely hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was comfortable. Their rich knowledge of history made for some fascinating conversations, and their home is filled with positive energy. You can really see their passion in every detail of the space they've created. We’re already looking forward to seeing them again in the future!

We stayed at Jim's cottage on the 2nd leg of our tour of Ireland, the peace & quiet of this area as well as the local history was much appreciated. We were able to visit two of the O'Rourke castle sites as well as O'Rourke's Table which was a pretty streneous hike but well worth the effort, I only regret not having more time to explore & fish the many canals & lakes in the area. Overall the cottage was nearly perfect for our stay & would definately recommend! Thanks, Jim & Erin Paul Roark

Tiny but lovely ,peaceful acomodation right at the small lake.Colin and Imelda was very helpful and friendly and they answered all my questions immediately. It was ideal to take few days break especially because our dog could come with us.

Sheridan's place is highly recommended. it has all the necessary amenities and is cosy and warm. it is very quiet and tranquil and is situated in a pleasing environment. there is plenty to do and see eg yeats trail, lough gill, glencar waterfall etc and plenty of walking trails.

Lovely spacious house a stone’s throw from Dromahair village. The local Centra is about 2 mins walk and there’s a really nice traditional pub named Stanford’s just up the road too. The house itself has a lovely bright kitchen and a really comfy living room with an L-shaped couch and an open fire. Super cosy & homely and a great base from which to explore Sligo. Conor is a great host and responded promptly to any messages. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Arrived to a stunning home with incredible views. The property was even better than what we expected - the photos can't do it justice! Host gave very clear instructions and lots of helpful tips, and left a lovely welcome hamper! Highly recommended!

One of the best air bnb Iv stayed in (and been staying in them for years now!) It was just the most peaceful and beautiful location…myself and my partner just needed some quiet time and Lisa’s place is perfect to switch off your brain and relax. The cabin itself has everything you need and extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hot-tub was situated perfectly overlooking a lough…not a sound to be heard at night. It was magical And finally Lisa was a fabulous host! Nothing was too much trouble and extremely responsive…all the wee added touches really made us feel welcome Would highly recommend for anyone needing a time out from your busy lives. We would definitely love to stay again!

What can we say, other than an utterly fabulous place to stay. Location is great and very near Riverbank restaurant and 10 minute walk into town. Very peaceful at night. Hosts was just brilliant, non intrusive, yet extremely helpful. Gregg had hot tub fired up for our arrival, Tracy helped me light it the following day, nothing was too much for the. The hut itself is meticulously maintained. Towels, linens, bathrobes all provided. Even wine and goodies there for when we arrived. Bed was extremely comfortable and even with the weather at this time of year we did BBQ and made great use of hot tub. We met our neighbours, Fred and Wilma(Shetland ponies) They like carrots !! Kitchenette is lovely and clean and bathroom spotless. Wi-fi was excellent. We had brought our laptop but we tuned out for most of the time. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind, yet enjoy a night out. Bliss. Great value for money. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s cosy Shepard’s hut. Great little space with amazing views we were even lucky enough to have a dusting of snow which was fabulous to watch coming down from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly in hand! Thank you Lisa x

My partner and I brought our dog with us to stay at the Faidh Rua cabin for 2 nights while we surfed in Bundoran. Amazing stay with a great kitchen and hot tub. 10 minute drive from Bundoran. Will definitely come back in the future.
